As a lefty, the true tap is a solid 9 pin. Solid eight means it was hooking too much, too much angle. Crushing the pocket and leaving a solid 9 means it was a bad rack.
Or You deflected and went flat
Both can mean this. If a right leaves solid 9 pins it's bad luck. Same as leaving a solid 8 pin. One means your ball drove too good through the pocket and the other means it didn't drive enough/deflected. It's just reversed for a left hander
As a eighty, you don't count.
I think a pocket flat 7-10 is pretty heart breaking especially in the 10th. Love the vids. You’re one of my favorite bowlers 🙏🏽 keep up the great content and can’t wait to watch you on the big screen winning majors 🤍

One time in league I started out with a hambone. In the 5th I left the 8-10 split but converted it. Everyone else got a strike so I had to buy everyone 2 drinks. But the good news was I struck in the 6th, spared in the 7th and struck out for a 268 game. I still remember that shot in the beer frame and it really was a good hit. Just a bad break.

I’ve been using the baseball shammy since it came out. Only one I’ve seen. Hard to lose cuz everyone knows it’s mine. Put pie to Packys face on that wheel. Still owed? Team Madison again.

I reckon the worst breaks are the 4-10 and the 6-7. Both are somewhat reasonably makeable, but devilishly difficult.
This video reminds me of the bowling dice challenge also nice video.
What would you put on the wheel for next time?
Add like a blindfold or throw your opponents ball
Pocket 7-10 on a front 9
What I would have done with the wheel is erase whatever comes up and replace it with a clockwise arrow. If an arrow comes up, the wheel is rotated to the next unused slice. That way, the options will come up evenly. (Making the first - or last - frame normal as you did means one slice still goes unpicked, but as there's two of each, that means nothing will go completely missed, like trick shot did here.)

I had the messenger miss on a pocket 7-10 at league a couple weeks ago when I needed a mark in the 10th. 4 pin bounced off the wall and hit both of them and they just wobbled til the rack picked them up. Worst break you can get by far

I love this format, but it needs a lot more choices… use an app that spins multiple wheels at once… One wheel for the ball choice, one wheel for the hand choice, one wheel for the arrow you aim at (with several for any arrow), one for the approach, being number of steps or granny style or granny style, facing backwards, one-handed, two-handed, you get the idea.
When you swear I watch the video multiple times!!!!!!!!

Worst breaks: I've seen a pocket 1 pin and left a pocket 3 pin. At least with a 8 or 9 you were either a touch high or the rack was slightly off, since the head pin hits the 5 pin before the ball can which causes it to miss the tap. The pocket 1 was so flush the 1, 2, 4, 7 connected so perfectly that the 1 slid to the 7 spot. The pocket 3 I left was similar with the 3 ending in the 19 pin position.

The worst break is to wiff a 10 pin in the 1st frame of 1st game and think... Okay no big deal! It's 1 pin just move on and let it ride only to wind up shooting 799 for the set!
They said man we added it 3 times!

Yes a spare in the first and strike in the 2nd makes a 9 count 20 instead for 819 but in reality that 1 stick takes 799 to 800 in the actual sense!

As a righty, first time i got close to shooting 300, i threw the best shot for an 11 bagger, and got a pocket 7-10, not very happy with that at the time.. But to this day i still think that´s the worst break you can get in bowling.

i think you should take that wheel to the U.S. Open and The Masters and convince the PBA that every player should have to spin the wheel before every shot. It might make those painfully deviant lane conditions seem easy and you don't have to worry about Norm landing on 'Trick Shot' every frame and running away with the lead. (unless, of course, he comes out of retirement just to beat everybody anyway.) LOL!

Each person gets to choose half the items on the wheel ... including ... "other person spins" and "free choice".
if you do this again you should have an option that makes you swap whether you throw 1 or 2 handed
Flush 8 (righty) or 9 pin (lefty) is just a bad rack but reverse those leaves and those are the most heartbreaking to me because the ball was driving too hard and didn't have any deflection

Is there perhaps no oil on those lanes? Today, I went for practice on super burned up lanes, and all of my shots basically went to the left gutter... No oil on the lanes. Nothing.
I'm a left-hander and I truly believe when you leave something it is for a reason. The word bad break is not in my dictionary to be honest with you when it comes to bowling.

Solid 8 pin definitely hurts but it’s an easy spare. The pocket 7-10 or wrapping around the 10 when shooting a washout results in an open frame. Those two are definitely the worst

As a 2 handed righty for me my toughest is 8-10 in my case I can't throw my spare ball straight to save my life I can only hook it and everything I hook towards it it goes in between and only hits the 8 and leaves 10 standing
