House balls should have either top weight or bottom weight based on the size of the holes. If you put the top weight on the left side of the ball on the ramp, expect the ball to hook left. Also expect topology to have a significant effect.
I used to bowl for years. Arthritis got the best of me. But to the point, one of the screwiest games we used to play was trying to backspin the ball to the point where it would stop on the deck short of the pins. Even With the aggressive cover stock that's available today and a really short pattern I'd still find it amazing if it could be done.

At our bowling alley we have the ramps that are different colored Dino’s and every year we have a tournament where you have to only use the Dino in a baker type format. everyone was encouraged to be nice to the Dino ramps so I went up gave it a hi-5 and named our team Dino’s rock. We ended up winning. Idk but your girlfriend might have won if she was really nice to the ramp. Love the content packy

You should do this with new un-drilled balls of your favorite bowling ball. I know a man who is in a power chair that has an I-CAN ramp attached to it and he is a 170 average bowler! He uses an un-drilled 16 lb ball.
