I used brackets from Arizona, 87 front calipers & 97 front rotors. You will need an adjustable proportioning valve & a 3 lb residual valve, take your axles & get the bearings changed &eliminate the backing plates, & a 97 master cylinder! Then you r good to go! Mine was an 82 Toyota 4x4
Those brackets are not offered anymore they look the same as the ones for a sterling, the weld one are cheaper,I only paid $25 for mine your choice MSN! Good luck,I use a line lock for e brake
Nice work here brings back memories, i had to do a similar job to a rear disc swap on my mitsu mighty max truck. I got 2 long plates of steel stock bent the ends to make an L shape then drilled holes on both ends and uses a 2 jaw puller to extract the drum backing plate. i would put the caliper to the front as well not just becaise the brake line will reach it but also because the weight balance would be better before the axle vs hanging behind it.
Hello, where did you buy the conversion kit, I need some for the Toyota 89 pickup, can you recommend where to buy them please, I would appreciate your response.

I ground mine down with a grinder to fit inside the rotor,u could do it that way or machine shop it takes a couple days apiece
Pretty impressive!👍 what more can I say?!

There are two threaded holes in the rotor cover. Use a M8-1.25 bolt and tighten them to remove the cover with zero frustration in 1 minute.
I did try that method but it didn’t work for me sadly lol the threads on mine stripped out
hey bro hmu sometime, i'am currently working on a 1997 tacoma turbo. need some help with brakes and options. thank you . nice work
Can you list a parts list? if you have time so your subscribers can just go buy what they need to do this!?
I'm just learning, do you think that works on a 2003
We're do I go and how much?
How did you use only the old wheel bearing to install the new one? Mines stuck and had to remove the new one to get the old one out
You might need to heat it up! That will help loosen the metal a bit.
great vid. Frustrating for you though. It will be worth it in the end, Im sure :D
how did the axle come out? was there anything holding it in other than the 4 bolts
Nope! Just slides right out!
What’s the correct rotor to buy?
What year is your truck 🚚
1994
Master cylinder?
