If I'm correct, mamanomaly can't be blood type AB, but A, B and O are possible! Just learned in biology that blood group 'O' can only be made of A, B and O blood groups. Fun fact: You already knew that 'O' is the best blood type to give, it can be given to almost all other blood types, but 'AB' can receive the most and give to the least types of blood. As you mentioned they can only receive blood from O+ and O- meaning that if you need blood, it depends on how many blood type O people are actually giving blood! If I’m not completely wrong, you use O+/O- blood when you need a fast blood transfusion and not knowing a blood type, meaning you need a lot of it. So it all depends on how much blood is given from O people
