For real… I already want a Forte GT, and being able to get it as a hatchback would be awesome… though I kinda wish they’d do a wagon with the same overall length as the sedan… imagine how much space that’d have…
just to let you know as well as the subscribers that I've been following you for some time now and I need to replace my 20 year old daily driver...some time ago you mentioned that the dealerships will not blow up the prices of the vehicles especially being in the times we are in now...I was on auto trader the other day and the dealers there have blown the prices up by 2 to close to 4 thousand bucks on the Venues...I've ordered a new 2022 Ultimate denim with the only options being mud guards and a block heater and which are dealer installed...I ordered it from the Owen Sound dealership because I live in the area there and was treated very good, and the asking prices on auto trader for the same model as mine are 2 to almost 4 thousand more then mine...I know the dealerships you represent are owned by the same person or persons and because of your show, you steered me in the right direction of my purchase...the reason I picked the Venue is mainly because it's going to be my daily driver and it suits my needs perfectly...I'm retired and the Venue will be the perfect daily driver for me, and as well it's refreshing to know I'm dealing with honest people and honest dealerships that sees it's fitting to have a show like yours...again thanks for your show and all your info.

I am an American and I have NOT tuned out! We own a 2019 KIA Sorento SXL, and this car would be a perfect second car that can accommodate my lovely, gracious wife's concert grand harp. I want this car! I must have this car! I will not be able draw one more breath unless I am able to buy this car. Who do I have to bribe to get this car?

Can someone tell me why it's not available in the state. Makes no sense. Must be a reason. I just got a hatchback. Considered the Subaru, Mazda, Honda and Toyota. Would have been nice to at least test drive this to see how it compares.

I went to a Kia dealership actually the day before this stream went live (14th) and put down a deposit for a factory order for this exact colour of the Forte5 GT Limited! Now it's just a matter of waiting for it to be delivered

Hey I really like your videos. Specially trunk comparisons, however, as much as I like Teddy it would be cool to see a comparison using everyday objects (luggage, a cooler, etc) and perhahps give actual measures. Keep up the good work!
A lot of people have asked for that, but I don't think I'll switch to that. People have asked for golf clubs, and MANY other things. The reality is that I'll never please everyone. What I like about the teddy bear is it simply shows one vehicle compared to another vehicle. Keep in mind, we're a dealership channel, more than a review channel, so we're always inviting people in to see the vehicle, with their own items, for themselves. Teddy is there simply as a comparison tool for people to see which trunk is bigger or smaller, and how they're different.
Is there any difference between the Forte and the Forte5 outside of the hatchback? Also, I see that there is a 2023 Forte5 on the site, but only a 2022 Forte. That seems odd. lol
They advertise the vehicle with the Sharkfin antenna yet still continue to put this one shown on it. Ruins the look of the car IMO.
I have a question: What is Kia's warranty policy on Rust Check. I live in Atlantic Canada and Rust Check is mandatory if you want your car to last. I know that some manufacturers like VW say that Rust Check voids the warranty, so I was wondering what is Kia's policy?
Does the GT-limited come with splash guards? on the website it says they do, but I dont see them here.

whats the 0-100 or 0-60 for the hatchback? motor trend rated the sedan as 6.4 0-60 but I am curious about the hatchback. I'm guessing around 6.7.

I’m assuming with the Harmon kardon system, it’d be amplified - but what’s the RMS per channel? And what’s the RMS for the subwoofer (as well, are there two subs or just one but with two grills?)

For sure! I haven’t seen that car yet. As soon as it arrives I’ll get it on video. I try to cover every trim of every vehicle that we sell, but with inventory shortages, I can only film what we have at the dealership, and we’re well below normal right now.
I saw in another video that some of the models have a sliding center arm rest. who you know which ones?
My GT has it. But I’m in Australia and it’s called the cerato GT hatch.
Im in Korea and yes, mine has sliding arm rest. But the rest is so low that you cannot really rest your elbow on it

I tried to buy a 2021 Forte5 GT with a manual at 3 different dealers from July 2021. The first two dealers in Niagara failed to obtain a car on trade and wouldn't tell me which dealer had what I wanted, the last one placed a factory order from September but it was cancelled on Jan 9th. It's a shame the manual was a 1 model year only. There was zero advertising from it and when I tried to get one is was unobtainable. I've bought many new cars and I've never had dealers refund my deposits before. It's very frustrating that this car is no longer offered with a manual. I almost feel cheated with the worlds biggest tease.
Oh man. You should have shopped with us. We would have got one for you. We wanted to sell one, but literally no one placed an order with us. We didn't sell a single one last year.
Do you know if we can easily change the antenna to the shark fin?

Great question. The Forte Sedan has always used the shark fin, but the Forte5 has never used it. You would think they would move to the shark fin in the redesign, but they didn't. I'm not sure if there's a reason why they don't have the shark fin, and that means that I'm not sure if they're easily swappable. I have a feeling that it won't be super simple, but I don't know.

Not on this vehicle, they’re the MFR LED lights. Still well above average, but not the absolute best lighting available from Kia/Hyundai.
