As for charging the battery out of the cleaner, it's a standard Bosch 18V alliance battery so there are external chargers available, the same batteries come with their 18V power tools and one of their chargers will work.
The cordless Stratos you reviewed would clean circles around this vacuum. Especially with pet hair. I'm in love with both my Stratos corded stick vacuum and the Stratos upright AZ3000 vacuum. Best vacuum line ever.
Got Unlimited 7 for a low price (demoex). Some improvements over 6; lights on head, better quality head roller (more power?), stainless mesh filter, knob on pleated filter for cleaning, better battery, auto setting, different wand with hinges. Also power button is easier with only one button to control every setting. Overall good with some minor downsides. I don't have pets or long hair to pick up, don't care about anti tangle.
Like all cheap stick vacs, the achillies heel is the air powered brushroll. If it had a belt driven powered brushroll it could be salvaged. All it does is just stick the hair around the brushroll because its not powerful enough to get it up the channel.
It looks nice and nice to see it’s made nearer to home than China, the body reminds me of the Polti SR100 I have , although the Polti has a stiff brush roll, and a headlight, a couple of things I’d kind of expect from the Bosch, I considered this Bosch but price and no reviews out there made my wonder whether to buy or not, I’d consider it a lower price.
I would you at a mains powered Sebo. Either an X7 or Felix upright or a cylinder with an electric head such as the K3 Premium or E3 Premium. I have videos of many Sebos on my channel.
Yes I noticed the red matching socks!! Very nice 😂... There are very few videos on Bosch cordless making it really hard... I was looking at the Serie 7 Pro Animal, or I believe you did a vid on the serie 8 ... so have these two been improved on? Do they pick up pet hair better? I have seen 2 videos on the serie 7 where they seem to have trouble pushing it over carpet, in one the lady actually pulls it backwards as she can't push it forward, so I really want to know how you find them in this respect... I would get the serie 7 I think if I had more reviews to watch - I like the red look ;) but if the serie 8 is even better then I will go that way... Thanks for showing us all these little quirks and I hope Daisy doesn't end up bald!!! Lol...
have one bosh serie 7 pro animal and basically the same issues persiste.. don't understand how none has a silicone roller and no bristles, would be easier. but not worthed in my opinion, does not do the clean I need with four pets. turbo mode only lasts10min, I have lots of pet beds to vacuum and sofas...mnhe 😢
I found that you will know when something is a Dyson competitor because Sir James will slap them with lawsuits and take them to trial in a court of law swiftly and efficiently.
