@@jaligawesa I'm in Virginia. The base rate is $31 but anytime they ask me to pick up a shift I ask how much more they can do. They've offered $5 more or $40 and even $50/hr plus the extra shorts put me into overtime so that's even more. Just 44 hours can be lucrative

@@chiobabe2180 i work as a health services director for aegis Living. Our regional nurses are LVNs and their pay ranges from 130-160k. For HSDs our pay go up to 125k max. HSDs are all LVNs. Right now my pay is 115k
I am currently going through an ABSN program for my RN. I can definitely relate to losing parents. It’s a tough experience and a healing process. My condolences 💐
She is truly an inspiration. I’ve been following her for a while. I love her for her hustle, ambition, and goal oriented, that despite her losses, she has only elevated her life & spread her knowledge around. When I visit Georgia, I will like to visit her practice. Leveraging your nursing degree is the best thing any nurse can do if they put their mind to it. Be loyal to your patients but never to an organization when you can build your own!

The nursing board website is the best way to find out if a school is accredited facts! Pay attention ppl
Also the accreditation website such as ACEN or CCNE to see if a school is at risk for losing their accreditation.
