    Looks good and easy to make. Just one question - Why do we have to add dry rice flour?

      Thanks for watching the video.
      Adding rice flour will make dosa crispy.
      If you want smooth dosa then u can skip adding rice flour.

      You can add rice flour but Sooji is one of the main ingredient. If you skip Sooji then taste and texture will be different.

    Mine didnt turn out like a dosa, may be for the experts! Got stuck even with different temp. settings, more like tasty halwa!

    I think the cook missed chili.. I tried the recipes but the batter is very bland! We can add chilli for better taste

    This recipe is totally wrong you havent add udad dal nor red chilly....totally waste

      What do you mean by recipe all wrong?
      No one is asking you to follow it. Have you heard of Neer Dosa? Totally made with rice. Urad daal not used.

      This is not regular dosa … try this one .. I bet you will definitely like the taste
