Thanks for watching the video. Adding rice flour will make dosa crispy.If you want smooth dosa then u can skip adding rice flour.

Can we skip adding soozi? Or what can be added in place of sooji
You can add rice flour but Sooji is one of the main ingredient. If you skip Sooji then taste and texture will be different.

Mine didnt turn out like a dosa, may be for the experts! Got stuck even with different temp. settings, more like tasty halwa!
I think the cook missed chili.. I tried the recipes but the batter is very bland! We can add chilli for better taste

What do you mean by recipe all wrong?No one is asking you to follow it. Have you heard of Neer Dosa? Totally made with rice. Urad daal not used.
This is not regular dosa … try this one .. I bet you will definitely like the taste
