I have only one suggestion to the boys - if all videos could include the list of ingredients that would be so helpful… the amount of times I have to watch a video whilst in the grocery store to see all the j in gradients I need is crazy.

When I visited the outlaws errr in-laws this past Christmas. My wife actually commented how well I cook. This is thanks to you and your channel! Thank you Sam+Team!
I work with a lady and she is originally from the San Diego area, visits a few times a year as well. We talk about your videos all the time and she remembers watching you back in the "old" days of when you had a show on cable tv. Every time she goes home to visit, which is close to your restaurants I always tell her to take a selfie with Not Not Taco's in the background or Samburger and she either forgets or doesn't go there to Little Italy during her trip back home. One day I will eat at your restaurants even if I have to just take a flight to San Diego for a weekend to eat at your restaurants. Been a fan for many years and I've even made some of your recipes. You never disappoint same and the camera crew does a fantastic job...Max and Chance. Your other boys are doing good btw on their channel as well.

Absolutely love pastrami and to include egg and cheese just makes it taste so much better. Almost like a “Dagwood” sandwich just with a bun instead of bread.
Look, I spent a lot of years living and working in NY. Both a Bacon Egg and Cheese (on a good Kaiser roll - J.J.Cassones if possible) and a hot Pastrami are time honored staples in NY. And you know what? I can't wait to make one of these (probably many) because hot Pastrami is such a perfect thing, but combined with eggs and cheese? Oh heaven!!! I can already taste it, smell it, that perfect combination of notes, oh yes, I will savor every bite. Every bite of every one of these I make!!! Thank you! And thanks to Max and Chance for spuring on this creation!
I get WAY more value from this channel than any knife could ever give me on a free give away. I think. I'm pretty sure, anyway. You may prove me wrong, but I believe I am in the right. Although I have never made an EXACT recipe from your most excellent channel, I HAVE borrowed many ideas you have used in several recipes to make my own cooking THAT MUCH better. Sauces, spices, tips and tricks have all been learned from Sam the Cooking Guy, and I have ALWAYS given credit to you and your most excellent channel when I have cooked for friends and family and they have loudly exclaimed their satisfaction with my Sam the Cooking Guy inspirations. That is the most self-indulgent gorgeous cut busting tongue twisting breakfast meal I’ve ever seen ..! I was born and somewhat raised in Los Angeles, and I loved our local pastrami dealer The Hat!

I love Sam’s way of cooking. It’s basic and down to Earth with ingredients anyone can afford. I’ve learned a lot and made quite a few of these recipes.

I use to work at a local Sports Bar. We would make crispy onion straws. They would soak thinly sliced onions in a mixture of water and apple cider vinegar. Before they fried them 5hey would dredge them in a proprietary flour mix. Then fry them till golden brown. We 2oulg go through 20 qts a night. Great show today

While your found sandwich try this one I’ve been making for years. Sausage pepper onion egg and cheese. Fry peppers and onion till soft and remove from pan. Brown uncased hot Italian sausage, add back peppers and onions stir in 2 beaten eggs and cook till preferred doneness. Serve on Italian hoagie roll with provolone. Enjoy

This looks SOOO good! When my husband was still in the Navy, we lived in Key West. There was a little Cuban grocery store there (cannot remember the name of it), that made breakfast sandwiches. They used Cuban bread, eggs, cheese, ham and cooked it on a griddle in lots of butter. My goodness, those things were fantastic. This sandwich being a breakfast sandwich reminded me of that one. Maybe you can do Cuban Breakfast sandwiches on an upcoming video?

NYer here: some places put it in a bagel, but mostly it's in like a kaiser roll. Also it's baconeggandcheese, one word. Great recipe Sam! I know a place that does Pastrami near me, but it's cool to see your spin, love all the videos!
