We have been so blessed to visit Greece. We drove from the southern point of Greece to the top of Greece, stayed on Crete and sailed around Oía to watch the sunset (Santorini is a volcano and the top blew so when you’re sailing around, you literally are in the crater of the volcano. That’s why the sunsets are so spectacular. You can see it every night from all over the island. The rays reach across the crater and just dance across the water. It’s the most magical sunsets you’ll ever see. Most sunsets are far away and you are just looking at them. Sunsets in Santorini stretch across the sky and kiss your eyes every night. They bathe you in their light.) We also saw the statue of Leonidas, king of Sparta. And stood where the barrel of the 300 happened. We soaked in the magical healing hot springs in Thessaloniki. The fish in a small restaurant in the Athens was the best fish we ever ate. And had this bada$$ woman boat captain who was barely 5 ft tall take us on the most amazing fishing trip in Crete where we caught fresh octopus and she grilled it right there on the boat for us. It was the most delicious and fresh seafood I’ve ever had. (Oía was so crowded. I would say go once for the sunset and blue domes but spend the rest of your time exploring other parts of Greece. It’s very affordable. And drive if you can. You’ll see so much more of the country that way.)

Thanks for the tour. The views were BREATHTAKING. I last visited Greece with both sets of grandparents (U.S. and French) and my parents when I was a teenager in the 1960's. In those days, even in a nice hotel, it was eggplant and lamb/mutton and super-rich hot chocolate for dessert/snack! That was pretty much the menu every day. There was no smog, and the Acropolis was pristine--unspoiled by pollution.
I've been to Greece before, but I've never been to Mykonos and Santorini and I want to travel to the Greek islands next year, so this video helps a lot with planning :)
i dont go on vacation to hike but i did really love watching this considering im going for two weeks in october...i cant believe i have less than 90 days....so exciting
i just went to aigina. 3 nights+ ship= 250 €. i was with 3 other people. so we spent about 85 euros for 3 days. Also you can eat souvlakia and spend like 10 euros on food/day. Greece is cheap. Mykonos and Santorini are crazy expensive, and not worth it. They are worth it you you are in Naxos, go to mykonos for the day, party all night and leave with the morning boat.
Mykonos is Ibiza light ,we went to sleep when the sun was up and ate breakfast at 3pm. Evenings and nights dinner and clubbing till the morning. Beaches are ok but it seems to be very windy almost everyday ,almost being sandblasted lying on the beach . I also don't remember seeing one tree and we went all over. Santorini, don't go for the beaches Go for everything else. The view, sitting atop the cliifs looking down at the caldera was almost a religious experience. The view coming into the harbor by ferry was far far better than any pictures I had seen. There is great local wine ,tomatoes and Fava beans And also for history buffs like me there is the old town, the ruins high up on the mountain and of course Akrotiri ,a Minoan settlement that was completely covered when the volcano. I've also visited other islands in greece and they are beautiful but Santorini is one of the most unique places in the world and it is my favorite .
I'm from Greece, and is not that expensive even in those two island that you have been. However, it's in your preference what kind of holidays you want to go for.

2019 I went to Sifnos and Milos , Sifnos has amazing food 🍱 and good beaches , Milos has unique beaches and beautiful villas to stay both islands are not crowded, last year I went to Santorini , I stayed in Imerovigli , the cost was 450€ / night but due to COVID 19 I only paid 150/night, the Caldera view was amazing 🤩 , also has unique sunsets 🌅, this year I went to Mykonos , all the beaches have crystal clear water 💦 and very high end beach bars 🥂🍾!! Also has a very good night life!! In general Santorini is unique and Mykonos is the party island 🏝, this the reason they are to expensive and famous ! 🙏 God I am from Greece 🇬🇷
Looks like you both had a wonderful time. The room you stayed in for $400 a night was beautiful. The ocean is so enticing in color. I have never traveled out of the country but I have been watching this woman who lives in Positano, Italy and it looks so beautiful except for all the stairs you have to climb. She has 500 stairs to her house.👍

If you want to luxury like rent a catamaran and leave in luxury hotel the cost is that . You can do 1 week in Greece with half money in high level services

Which islands are on your list?😘
@@VASIGTravelingLifeinLondon Aside from Mykonos and Santorini, I want to go to Crete, Paros, Ithaca and Milos🥰
@@tatyannahking271 I just came back from Milos and Santorini so let me know if you need any advice!
i dont go on vacation to hike but i did really love watching this considering im going for two weeks in october...i cant believe i have less than 90 days....so exciting
So surreal to watch this when I literally came back from Santorini and Milos 3 days ago😂
I went to Santorini, Mykonos and Athens and loved them! Next time I want to try something more inexpensive
Try Paros Naxos Ios or Milos
I’m thinking of going to Athens. Is it expensive there?
@@siphumelelendelu928 it all depends in the money you're willing
to spend you can definitely go to athens on a small budget
@@siphumelelendelu928 In big cities it's all about what you pick. But it's not expensive overall
i just went to aigina.
Dont forget the mini stores in greece called “Periptero” You can find them every 5 mins and it has multiple things to help you out!
Mykonos is Ibiza light ,we went to sleep when the sun was up and ate
breakfast at 3pm. Evenings and nights dinner and clubbing till the morning. Beaches are ok but it seems to be very windy almost everyday ,almost being sandblasted lying on the beach .
I also don't remember seeing one tree and we went all over.
Santorini, don't go for the beaches
Go for everything else.
The view, sitting atop the cliifs looking down at the caldera was almost a religious experience.
The view coming into the harbor by ferry was far far better than any pictures I had seen.
There is great local wine ,tomatoes and Fava beans
And also for history buffs like me there is the old town, the ruins high up on the mountain and of course Akrotiri ,a Minoan settlement that was completely covered when the volcano.
I've also visited other islands in greece and they are beautiful but Santorini is one of the most unique places in the world and it is my favorite .
Yesss!! Another Brett Conti video :)
Thanks for the support man
Greece looks nice, I'd like to go one day. Thanks for the experience.
Hello! Definitely a beach person (but will climb a mountain for a solid view on camera)
Stunning shots! Well done. Can't wait to travel Greek Islands soon :)
Greece looks like such a vibe!! Great vid 🥳
Come and visit👍
I'm from Greece, and is not that expensive even in those two island that you have been. However, it's in your preference what kind of holidays you want to go for.
Brett, killer video of you’re 2nd trip to Greece. I’ve been a subscriber for years, absolutely love your content - always interesting and organic, never hurts that Haley is so darn gorgeous! Living the life Brother, I’m happy for you. Keep up the great work. One day when visiting in NYC, I’m gonna DM you and hit you up for a meet and greet. Be very proud of what you’ve accomplished.
Loved the 4G wifi audio editing :) Awesome Video btw!
Santorini and Mykonos are the most expensive places in Greece ,Brett I suggest you(next time to go) with your girlfriend in Astypalaia and Folegandros islands
Now this is quality entertainment
Love the content Brett!
His videos are on fire!😍😍 have you ever been to Greece?
@@VASIGTravelingLifeinLondon I haven’t but I really wanna go

This place is mesmerizing👍🏻
Nobody ever...
Brett: WUTTER
I REALLLYY LOVE THIS VLOG 😍
This could be your honeymoon video, beautiful couple in beautiful place!
I've watched this video multiple times, and watching Hailey goofing around on the top deck and nearly getting kidnapped by the wind gets me every time xD
Hoping to visit Greece next year!! I hope there's more Greece videos to come :)
You will love it!👍
Hope you will come to my beautiful country 😌 Greece is a vey travel - friendly country
Thanks for throwing in the prices, not a bad price for such a beautiful place.
Depends what island you are going to like 9/10 islands are pretty cheap compared to other vacation places in Europe
Greece is now in my bucket list.❤
great video bro really like your content with your wife it looks genuine, going on a honeymoon to greece and this was a great guide!
Good luck brooo👍✌
Great content. We are going to Greece next year on a cruise but planning spend a couple extra days in Santorini. I am looking forward to it even more after watching your video!!
You speak very nicely and fluently🙂
Excellent video. The rule is straightforward; If you want the best you have to pay.
Amazing! Great video production and the scenes are breathing. 😮
loving the videos, brett! i've gotta be your newest fan haha. keep up the great work!
If you want to luxury like rent a catamaran and leave in luxury hotel the cost is that . You can do 1 week in Greece with half money in high level services
It's your choice to spend 400E /per night . There are many hotels with 50-60 euro /per night and so many beautiful places to go. Visit halkidiki ,kekryra, skiatho, skopelo, kefalonia, pelloponiso, milo, zakyntho and more.
he went to milos lol
For 7 days including air seems alright since I usually spend more just going to Hawaii from Santa Cruz.
Awesome Video. Beautiful place. I’m dreaming of it now. Cheers to more!
I do love your trip guys! Sooo beautiful! Enjoy your time over there it looks incredible!
We have the most beautiful place in the world÷Santorini🙏🙏💙💙🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷
Greece is not expensive, especially not to westerners... Even in Santorini and Mykonos you can have vacations with normal expenses. You just visited the best there is as far as services go.
When you pick the tourist places, you pay tourist prices. So many other authentic islands in Greece that aren't expensive and just as beautiful. I hope you get to experience them the next time you come! great video and editing!
Omg Haley where did u get ur dresses they are gorgeous!!
Costa Navarino is the true hidden gem of Greece!
Africa and Greece are my list.. this was amazing..🌊🌊🌊🌊🇬🇷🐟💙🤍💙🤍💙
Another Brett video for my vacation list.
Beautiful country and very nice footage! Thumbs up!
Greece is one of the most budget friendly countries. You just went to the best hotels, rent your own boats and tried pricy experiences.

People say they want to go to Hawaii smh. My dream vacation place to travel to in the world would be the Mediterranean! ❤
I actually thought this would have been more money!
Because I am from Greece I would recommend you to visit Corfu Island 🏝️ in Barbati place, ot is beautiful you will be amazed
We can’t wait to do a Greek island hop. You’ve just popped Milos onto our list. Great video. X
