Embroidery is so much fun, I think, and glad your sister is enjoying it, too 😀. Your Galena dress is so pretty on you! There are very good reasons to sew with a company that tends to work for you when it comes to getting good results. I'm not a "tucker" either so that's an issue when deciding what to make as so many tops are shown tucked in. I guess the dollar store is going to be like the old "5 & 10," by the time I was a kid there was nothing there for 5 or 10 cents 😄. I won't put pumpkins out until October 1st but your decor is just lovely. I'm still wearing summer clothes, picking tomatoes and green beans, but I'm sewing Simplicity 3012, a new hoodie pattern.
Hi Tiffany, I’ve been decorating for fall also. I love the fall decorations! My husband was painting the room I sew in so I haven’t gotten much done either. I have started two aprons, just something I need. Hopefully I will get back to sewing soon. Thanks for sharing the patterns, I don’t always keep up on the them so it’s nice to see. Have a wonderful and blessed weekend ❤️
Your embroidery is beautiful, Tiffany. Have you seen the iron-on patterns at Hobby Lobby? Very easy to use. Can't wait to see your completed dress. It will be gorgeous. Much love. ❤
Nice video Tiffany! Like to see what you are sewing. I made a LOtta dress from Friday Pattern Company for my Precious fabric challenge . It’s in a Rayon from Minerva. I also made 20 crib sheets for a local NICU . Love your embroidery. It would make a great pillow too.
Hi Tiffany..... Thanks for the selection of tops, they all look like nice patterns! What I'm working on atm are the finishing touches on the winter coat project I've been working on. Hemming the lining and sewing on the buttons 😁 Cut out and on deck are a white eyelet Wren top and another pair of Pietra pants. I've done a little overhaul (it's a little closet haha) this morning; discarded a few things, and reorganized the space so I can store the 6 or so project bags out of sight. And like seasonal clothes, I put my neat stack of folded linen fabrics - which did shrink this summer!! - into the closet and pulled out the stack of fleecy knit fabrics. I'd like to make them shrink, too 😉 Have fun choosing your next top patterns to make 😘
Hi Tiffany. Fall is in the air here too -- the acorns are starting to drop. I just finished up my collection for Dress A Girl and mailed the dresses off today. I'm going to take a breather for a day or two before deciding my next sewing project. The little girl dresses took over everything. Maybe continue with the pumpkin theme (a la your lovely decorations) and try to find a fabric from you stash with pumpkin color for your next project? Whatever it is, wishing you joy in planning and sewing, Antonia
Love the fabric you're wearing today. I have been on the fence about the pattern from Pattern Emporium. I want it and just ordered it at 11:30am EDST and still on sale 1 more day. Get it.
Hi Tiffani, thank you for sharing all the pattern info 👍. I haven’t tried Pattern Emporium yet, but I have my eye on the Be Mine blouse. We will start decorating the house for Fall in the beginning of October, it’s my favorite season for decorating 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻. Take care, Karen💖.
Thank you for sharing those patterns. I love the Pattern Emporium balloon sleeve! I also do not tuck in shirts, but my very stylish daughter-in-law says I should give it a try... maybe just tuck in the front. I don't know. Maybe I'll give it a try. :) I've also begun decorating for Fall. It's still warm here in Georgia as well, although the humidity isn't as bad and the mornings are quite lovely. It's enough coolness to lift my spirits that autumn is on it's way!
I love the balloon sleeve pattern! You would wear that so well! You would wear any of the patterns you displayed really well!! I hope you get to spend more time in your sewing room this week. 🧵🪡👚
Hi Tiffany. For this past month I've been in a Meh mood. I did make a top and did not intentionally make it for fall but it is a rib knit sweater top. Working with literal large pieces of fabric distracts me 🥴 and I have to pay closer attention than working with smaller pieces of Have a blessed weekend my friend! Your embroidery work is beautiful.
When an area Hobby Lobby was remodeling I did end up buying some cute embroidery designs they had on clearance. Hello, I'm the same person who has had a larger crossstitch project still a WIP, intended for my 33 y/o son's nursery. There's also a lovely floral petitpoint WIP that was my next attempt at finding something I'd love to do and see through to completion. I have no inspiration for you, dear Tiffany. I recently discovered some fabric I may have purchased 45 years ago, probably for a button front, collared shirt. I have it on my table and will use it for a hopefully wearable muslin of the Rhapsody (Love Notions) Blouse. I have a couple of Pattern Emporium patterns but, as I continue to be me, have yet to USE them. I'm not going to get the new pattern. I don't believe I would find them comfortable. YOU inspired me to finally try the LN Classic Tee, but so far I have only a trial version with no sleeves for which I used a tiny remnant of the last knit I sewed with (yep, decades ago). I really need the sleeves to decide if I need to go up to a 20 on the full bust front. My next try will be remaking an overlarge long sleeve sleep tee that I cut apart. You asked for pictures to be emailed, but surely you'll have better examples from others! Thank you - always - for your videos. - Kelly
Hello dear Tiffany! I’m just now getting to watch your video(later Friday evening). My daughter and I are in Shipshewana, for the night and tomorrow too. It is quite a ways from you in southern In, but you might enjoy a trip north sometime this next yr, haul your camper and there is a campground even tho it’s nothing too fancy. But,, the huge flea market is so close plus, the neat shops and fabric shops! Our fav! Then Ligonier, In is heading back south, off a wonderful IN state highway! lol!!! They have a fabric store too, called Zinks or zwinks. I’m not sure the correct name but we may stop heading home tomorrow on our way back to Ft Wayne! Fabric is calling, lol!!! I’ve shopped there once too. Lots of buttons to sort and fabrics and flat folds. It’s fun tho, fabric! I’m still sewing my PDAG dresses and about to wrap it up. That’s about the only extent of my sewing but I’ve got some fall fabrics to sew, I went on an online fabric buying splurge and everything is great plus some cute Etsy uncut patterns and a new Style Arc pattern , called the Harry dress and top. It’s cute or I think so and fairly easy to sew. Anyway, I got most of my fall decorations up and made a fall wreath too, I bought a grapevine wreath with very minimal vines, calling out for more decorations, but it was just right to embellish more and a gal named Jenny has a channel you might like if you enjoy flowers, etc. Jenny’s wreath boutique is her channel. Her fall videos gave me lots of inspiration! Gorgeous things she can do and it can be pricey but just watch her ideas and then go to Michael’s or Hobby Lobby or Joann’s for their sales and do your own style!!! . I’ll shoot you an email of it and my PDAG Dresses! If I can add, they are so cute for girls around this world! I did French seams on the most important seams and reinforced my knit top and cotton skirts with bias tape around that seam and lots of fun embellishments too. Cute! Anyway, you have a wonderful sewing wknd time and we may get some very much needed rain too. Yah! Hope Addy is having a lot of fun and learning in her p school. She’s so adorable! Blessings! Nancy.
Thank you for sharing! I love those embroidery kits, and your sisters cross stitch. How fun! Have a great week 😊
I love it that you are intermediate to patterns I’ve never heard of before
Such beautiful fall decorations 🍁🍂 I though I was the only one who enjoys the French Knot 😂😂😂
Lovely video as always, Tiffany.
I love Ellie and Mac pattern.

I’m still working on quilts! I’ve completed 2 of 4 and almost have the third quilt top done! I’ll be glad when they’re all done so I can move on!
