  • Follow me as I show you the progressions of the McGill Hold Core Exercise
    This is a surprisingly challenging core exercise that improves strength and stability
    Sit with knees bent, push your chest up to the ceiling
    Slowly lean back maintaining this position and hold
    Variations:
    1) Arms Crossed
    2) Arms on Head
    3) Arms Aloft
