Sourdough Waffles! Easy & Delicious with Sourdough Discard

Yes you can make easy, light, and delicious waffles (and pancakes) with sourdough starter -discard or active starter are interchangeable and either will give you great results.
A recipe is included but exact measurements really aren't important. I encourage you to play around with it and measure with your heart. 😉

Have you tried doing it with sourdough discard?

I don't ever have discard - I use all my sd starter :) - and fed - or not fed -doesn't make any difference. It would only affect rise time in bread products but it would still work either way.
