Samsung fixed and updated all their fridge issues in the Bespoke models. I haven't seen any issues yet. Ice maker is no longer in the fridge and the defrost/evaporator have been updated. All Bespoke models are made in Korea.

We have had a version of this counter depth fridge for a little over a year now and are very happy with it. Ours has a flex drawer in the middle, a freezer drawer on the bottom , and the refillable pitcher but no water dispenser, which was a selling point for us as it seems like dispensers are prone to problems regardless of brand and we prefer scooping the ice anyway. The only issue we've had is a leak that occured after changing the water filter the first time. When we removed it, one of the O-rings was not secured, so it may have been defective or we may have not installed it properly. Either way, we will be more careful the next time we change the filter.

Call me crazy... I ordered basically the same model (not the "Bespoke") but in black stainless steel to match my existing collection. I did this after a horrible run with another Samsung model that only lasted 8 years with several repairs. I swore I would NEVER buy another Samsung again but the freezer layout is what sold me and I've only seen one other manufacturer that makes this layout and that was GE but it only comes in counter depth and regular stainless steel. I pray they finally figured it out and got this one right. 🤞
can you change the top right panel to a tablet style panel maybe in the future if you want to do an upgrade?
I like the 30 cu-ft 3-door layout better with just the water pitcher. I don't need "flex" compartments or any other fancy complications.

I like the white color, which they offered it in a non shiny finish though.
I soooooo wanted THIS model but it was outta stock so we ended up with a 3 door one. Still nice but man I was wanting this one in the two different colors top and bottom.
We are having difficulty separating the lower shelf in the refrigerator so we can make an adjustment to its height. How do we separate the two shelves that are side by side and attached to each other.
Do you have to turn off the water to the fridge or house to replace the water filter?

They routinely sell for $2,200 which is a very reasonable price.

I just bought the side by side version all white glass. I didn't see this 4 door version in person. Looks nice but a little less usable space and more money.
My pitcher doesn't auto fill up. Big version don't have uv light.

What's the difference between crisper + and flex crisper?
The ice maker produces two sizes of cubes, actually.. Not chipped or crushed ice which implies there is some sort of crushing mechanism that breaks the larger cubes, which is a very different quality. The smaller cubes are uniform and look like half the size of the bigger ones.

The glass panels are much nicer than the metal ones because they don't dent or show fingerprints.
I love the looks of the Bespoke fridge but, what about the other appliance? Will Samsung make matching stove/oven and dishwashers? I want to buy colored panels for the oven and dishwasher so, they will match the refrigerator. Please tell if there are any plans to make matching appliances.
Yes, they do! There’s a whole bespoke line with washer/dryer, stove, dishwasher, microwave and more!
From out of the reps mouth the stove panels can change out and electric option also.
How do you clean the outside doors. I used soap and water and there is now a stain….

We just canceled our order for bespoke appliances after our home depot gave us the scoop about how they're all coming back inoperable after a few days, wound up going with ge
I hate to tell you, but you'll end up regretting that GE. They don't last.

Just ordered one of these from Home Depot am just a little worried in case this thing breaks down or gives me problems,any recommendations?Samsung offers a rebate of $400 for the purchase of additional panels for changing color etc.
Generally it's always a good idea to buy a warranty on a big ticket product. The panels are fairly tough and easy to replace with a few tools. You maybe interested in this video: ruclips.net/video/agkm2GdPYuE/видео.html
Seems to me their going backwards in technology with that Ice scooper, I'll take the automatic dispenser anytime.
Has Samsung fixed their drain system issue or does water still pool at the bottom of these fridges like mine does??
I just purchased a 4 door and a column to put side by side but the doors bump with the other door making it impossible to open when they are together. Is there a way to fix this problem?

The only positive is that they finally removed the ice maker from the refrigerator. The downside is that there are two cheap plastic small bins with a holder for the cheap plastic scoop right in front and in the way. all of the shelving and drawers are cheap plastic. They could have made a metal one large bin ice maker and metal scoop. they could have metal tracks and rail system for pull out drawers. But no, they didn't. The amount of separation from freezer to fridge/freezer on the bottom gives flashbacks to side by side units. The very reason no one likes side by side any more and want french door. It is because side by side sucks and there is no real room. LOL, now you have side by side ice maker. I do like the lighting. The cheap gimmicky half door on the left side to get to items you use often is a joke. reaching under the door to find the right spot to pull open just the door you want will be tedious within a week. It is a pain with a full length handle, this is much worse. Now getting water is a two step process vs just pushing your glass to the paddle to fill. The price is also about twice what it should be. Hard pass on this garbage.

I was just looking at these at Home Depot. It’s no doubt an absolutely beautiful refrigerator, but I’m skeptic about reliability.
It's definitely different from anything out. The panels are changeable but it cost for each additional panel. I work in appliances and at the end of adding everything that fridge is 3 thousand dollars
@@yolandalcheek462 Honestly though 3k plus for a hood to decent refrigerator is not uncommon these days. I believe you pay more if you want to change the color, panel after you buy the refrigerator, but that makes sense because you are buying a different color and panel.
Have had several samsung appliances, washer, drier, dishwasher, fridge. They all lasted for years and never broke. Didn't plan on buying everything samsung, it just kinda worked out that way as I was replacing what the home came with over the years.

Anyone know if the width of the ice containers are slightly narrower with the 4-door vs the 3-door which is just one large bottom drawer instead of two bottom drawers?
I wanted to buy one but because Samsung increased the height by an inch or two this fridge does not fit and I have to modify the cabinet above. That work alone will cost $500 minimum.

Don't buy samsung refrigerator, because the electronics of a samsung refrigerator unit I bought broke down after a year, which was a couple of days after the warranty expired. The repair would have cost me more than half of the price of a new refrigerator, in which I decided to buy a new refrigerator from a different brand instead.
What brand did you purchase afterwards?
I love watching someone showing an appliance that I cannot see because they are basically hugging the thing. Off to the side, point things out, move in to manipulate, then vacate. Think Vanna White.

Just saw this a Home Depot a few mins ago and it's a GORGEOUS FRIDGE but I've heard that Samsung and LG make horrible fridges.
It's their fridge with the ice in the door. We replaced 2 times and now they can't get the part. We actually bought one of these on sale. Great price at lowest. Ice in the freezer.

I'm crossing my fingers this time Samsung doesn't screw up again on this model. For me I'll wait and see how reliable it is before ordering one. Samsung have hurting families for many years that a Class Action lawsuit is underway as we speak, maybe they learn a lesson
Never, never, never buy a Samsung fridge. It's trash that breaks down and can never be really repaired. I curse the day I bought mine. Total crap.

We own a 2009 Samsung refrigerator 3-door and have never any issues with the icemaker or the refrigerator.
I would never buy Samsung again. I'm so desperate for a good fridge that I'm considering importing from Japan or Australia. Most of the brands sold in the US become garbage within 3-24 months. I wish we never got rid of our old refrigerator for the overpriced junk we got from Samsung.
You need to buy a Bosch or a high end fridge. If you go to Best Buy, they have some floor models there. You will also see a price different for a really good one. You know that saying…you get what you pay for. 🤷🏻♀️
@@melinavela9 Thank you Melina. I am reading the reviews for that brand. We paid around $3500 for the Samsung including extended warranty. It worked for 2 weeks and they didn't even have anyone with the knowledge to fix it. Trying to get the issue addressed was a nightmare. We had a similar issue with a Samsung tv. Samsung does not stand behind their warranty. They ghost customers. Thankfully Lowes is amazing.
I wouldn't buy another Samsung refrigerator not even for a dollar. Biggest piece of garbage ever.
