I own a C7 Grand Sport that I drive on weekends mostly. After all these years of ownership, I just hit 26k miles on it and I’ve always kept it garaged. It still smells new inside and still looks brand new outside. There is absolutely no way I would trade it for a C8. It has been a rock solid Corvette(my third). To me, the C8 looks like a toy hot wheels car... it’s just too busy for my taste. My preference for Corvettes will always be the front engine versions with the longer front end, and shorter rear end proportions. With all that said, my absolute favorite Vettes are the C2(1963-1967). They are visually the most beautiful Corvettes ever produced to me.

It is incredible how the C7 generation still looks like it was just unveiled, it really still looks more modern than many much more recent and current sportscars.
I love my C7 Grand Sport with M7 transmission! Mine is stock with exception of Green air filter, secondary cat delete X pipe, AWE Touring exhaust and MGW shifter. Highly recommend the shifter upgrade! 👍
I wish the sight of a Corvette was more common on the UK roads, scrap the Porsches and AMG's, "if" I ever got to that status in life (which will not happen) it would be a C7 Grand Sport - such truth spoken by the owner on a number of subjects 👏🏻👏🏻

Can you make a Hennessey Dodge Charger?
I track a C6 GS, added a larger radiator, short shifter, AP Radical brakes, DRM shocks, a bucket seat, and harness setup. No drivetrain or power mods, and it's plenty fast for me. I chose it because they don't blow up and the roof comes off. The brakes need addressing if you're gonna track it and it can get warm so a radiator and oil cooler are good additions. I'd say I've got about $60k into it with every single expense including consumables like brake pads, fluid, track wheels, track tires and having my local race shop do all the work on it.
This Grand Sport Collector's Edition is my dream car. Just something to drive on date nights and share the experance with my dad and gf
