I'd kill for some controllers with no FPS mode and the right side back buttons in the same spot as the left controller. I use the back buttons on my Steam Deck all the time and it's annoying that I can't use them on the Go. I also want decent touchpads. Agreed on the weak battery and more RAM though.
Bought a Rog Ally Z1e a few weeks ago on sale. Now there's an amazing sale on an open box Legion Go until thursday when I can still RETURN my Rog Ally... I'm very torn. My wife plays mostly docked, and is annoyed with how janky the Rog Ally has been as a "couch experience" ( either need to install controller companion to navigate with controller which has its own issues with certain games and works "more or less well" , or get a USB keyboard/trackpad controller ). Really considering the switch just for using the detachable controllers for a more "consoly" experience... other than for charging, do these work for everything? Should I bother to switch do you think? Anything else I might need to consider?
I will pick the legion over the ally any day of the week. I personally would but i also know I’m biased. I love every aspect of the legion go over the ally personally
@@joystickayrtonI play like war zone and madden as ufc. I’m a nurses aide on midnights I have a lot of down time. I’m stuck between what to grab please help brother lol
@@devoningram4040I play COD and Madden too and I just switched from a Deck LCD to a Lego and yes a Lego is way more work then a Deck but it’s more versatile and u can play those Anti Cheat games with no issues
Just buy it, imagine LeGo 2 or Ally 2 and its a mess from beginning and you let that bake 1 year and you purchase it. Dont be a early adopter if you cant stand bugs and issues. Next generation games will all have upscaling because of hardware restrictions. Look at the HX370 chip its not even that good, that is not even a generational leap when Steam launches Steamdeck 2 THEN upgrade because you know they will optimize it the best. Upscaling will be key so new hardware with new bugs will not be the solution for you. If we get DLSS on a broad spectrum its game over for AMD
Good video, guy. It certainly has its flaws.

Number 1… should be Lenovo support. 8 months and zero gpu driver updates. It’s shocking
I really wish that the z1 and z2 chips would update properly through the AMD adrenaline stuff.
Better battery and at least 24GB of memory. 24GB would let you set GPU memory to 8GB and still have 16GB of normal RAM. VRR screen would be nice.
VRR would be very nice and I think more ram the merrier
Black screen bug.
Sent it back for repair 2 months ago, now it's happened again!
What did they tell you was the issue before?
Never experience something like that ask for replacement, thats not normal
Good video.Add time marks on the vid
Thanks for the feedback. From now on they will be there!
I am so torn between the steam Deck OLED or the Legion GO...GAHHHHH
Well what games do you play?

@@hazzehummuz6688 good points and they’re sale rn , I’d just hate to want this newer “better” version lol hope it’s still fire
Need to get something for the useless bottom usb-c port
That’s true, depending on how I’m laying I use it sometimes
Agree with the battery. If it were better I wouldn't complain at all.
I think 60-80watt in the next one is perfect
