Stewed Saltfish recipe
Ingredients List

500g salt cod/fish
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 medium onion
1/2 bell peppers of choice
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 garlic cloves grated (not shown)
1/2 tsp mixed herbs (optional)
Scotch bonnet and spring onions (are optional)

Nice! This is similar to how I do mine. I normally add quater tin of chopped tomatoes and a bit of water to make a sauce for the veg and dumplings!

I would love the fry bake recipe. You did not put tomatoe with salt fish
Salt fish without the bell peppers but onion, tomato en garlic instead, some black pepper with cooked plantains, cassava, yams, sweet potatoes and a boiled egg and hot peppers 😋 is called herherie in Suriname
