@@eyesopen9477 those receiver's have to be every 3-500 ft they are putting them on every couple phone and light poles so unless you gonna destroy all of them when they turn em on you gonna get more exposure than you think
They can be removed for $250k per pole.
If you have the money to buy this house, you have enough money to pay a homeless person to take chainsaw to this view impeding pole.

@@thoughtgrenades But you just set up a shell corporation, that happens to have massive losses, which offsets your federal taxes to zero. Then the zero you pay in federal taxes more than makes up for the high property tax you are paying... And think of it this way. The bigger the cesspool, the more you get to look down in disgust. A win win.

For a luxury house like that, backyard depth is not quite decent. But the view is spectacular.
Probably why it is listed "only" for 28 mil. If the yard and pool were just 2x size pretty sure it would be easily another 5mil +.
