    Usually, I don't really like those kind of cakes. They look beautiful but I wouldn't like to eat them because they seem so dry. But your cake is amazing outside and inside. Love from France.

    I love your tutorial, thank you, I will make this cake for my sister's Birthday next week, but for the filling will be using vanilla custard which she loves, if I don't forget will take a picture and post it for you.

    Hi Liz, I loved this video! I want to make it! I have a question about the buttercream frosting, about the pasteurized egg whites, did you use the ones that come in a carton from the store? Also, would you say this buttercream frosting would go well on a tres leches cake?

    Looks fab, great tutorial as always. Just a question. Because it has fruit in it does it need to be kept in the fridge? I keep reading not to keep cakes in the fridge, so always worry about using fruit. Thanks x

    I guess this is good to do it this way if you’re using fruit but two different cake sizes isn’t necessary for a fault line cake

    Thanks for this tutorial. I have a question about the time strawberries should stay I that solution of water. Is it just washing in this water with vinager? or leave them some seconds o minutes and then wash or drained them? And put them on paper in the fridge? Would you please give me further information? Thanks in advanced.

    Hi Liz, how can I get my buttercream as white as yours? Mine was yellowish so I added drops of violet gel colour (i remember reading somewhere on your website). The yellow did go away but then it looked a bit greyish still. So i ended up making it pink instead 😳
