i'm in my healing era... journaling has really been helping, not only with organizing my thoughts, but with my creativity too! i tried a few new editing things to spice up this vlog and i think changing it up is healing my creative burnout as well :')
spontaneously decided to makeover my home office bc it was just sitting there unused. which, was not it. but now she's so cute i wanna spend my whole day in there, working on my blog, designing products, journaling, etc. it's crazy how changing up your space can boost productivity like that...
anyway, i'm on my way to pick up bagels this morning once i finish this description! hope you are doing well, staying warm through the february chilliness~

don't make the reward quitting !!!!!
yes you deserve a reward !! go out and buy yourself a nice breakfast after the gym, come home and take a nice long hot bath, take a self-care night, etc.
don't make your reward skipping your routine the next day, because then your brain will think skipping routine = reward/good and we don't want that.

Removing that bamboo shelf really made that space feel cohesive too. If it was white it would have fit so much better. But the office looks amazing!
