Thanks for this review. I think you should contact Ninja and request a new tea basket. Mine doesn’t pour out around the side like that so yours has to be faulty; you should get it free. Oh and I bought this tea because of your review. I need to check out the syrup too!
I have the same machine and mine doesn’t do that. I would connect the company because it sounds like a defeat. Also, I would use the small stand in the machine when doing a small cup
If it's too watered-down you can always switch the settings to Rich brew or speciality which is basically the equivalent to stepping the tea longer the regular way 🤩
Have you ever solved the water drip problem? I just got mine the other day and it does this when making cold brew but not to the extent that yours was dripping. I think it has a tendency to happen with the longer the water is in the basket. In other words, with cold brew and tea its steeping and soaking longer. I'm not sure why this would make a difference but it seems to.
Have you tried putting the machine on specialty instead of classic when brewing your tea. I've watched a few reviews on this machine and thats what they've done and it comes out fine. If that doesn't help, you may be able to contact the company to send you another one. Thanks for the demo and good luck😊
There's a thing on the right side of the opening that flips down so that your mug is closer to the drip... That's why it's dripping everywhere. It's not high enough off the platform... Pull that tab down, and you will see that it works great :)
Hello Auri. It's a shame that when you make Tea, the machine does that in your case. I think that it can't handle tea bags, just the leaves, so I will try, if I decide to purchase it, to remove the leaves from the tea bags and drop them there. I'll try my favorite: Berry Blend, which I think is Black tea, right? A question: Water needs to be filtered, right?
I just got this coffeemaker today. The quick start guide does not specify, but I have seen a few other videos where the person put the loose leaf tea in the basket first, then pressed the tea “stopper” in place over the tea. Maybe this will correct the issue you are having with the the tea drip. :)
I’m sure you are right. I typically don’t use the ninja for tea that I make with tea bags. I figure I can use one tea bag the traditional way and even steep with the same tea bag one more time. It’s just more economical. However, I have found that I enjoy loose leaves much more and the ninja is awesome with that.
@@aurirn1021I bought a few different flavors/types of tea in the small pouches to see which ones I like best. I LOVE the maui mango herbal tea. I'm a huge mango/tropical fruit fan so that one is perfect for me.
I love you thea mugs🥰👍🏾🖐🏾😁

For stronger tea or coffee choose the "rich" setting and or add more coffee or tea.
I am obbsed whit hot and cold green thea and iced coffee😁👍🏾🖐🏾
Is green tea okay to drink all day as far as like for hydration?
Thanks!
Hi your videos are very helpful. I just moved and can't find my instructions to my coffee maker. Thank you so much.
Go online and search for your particular user manual. Then, copy it onto your phone or tablet.
Used the cup stand
Thanks for the review, can you please link the tea's used in this review?

Omg! Why hadn’t I thought of this? lol That’s so smart! Thanks for the tip!

I bought this machine and I tried to like it but I don’t. My Nespresso machines make way better coffee and it can do tea with it also

I was going to say that as well, but love the review

Hi there! I use the machine for iced coffee but I steep the old fashion way for hot. Yep! Filtered water only.

Looked to me like you used only one teabag. 2 or 3 should make the taste more prominent.

I love the tiesta teas. The herbal ones are really good too. But I do like the fruity pebbles green tea 😊
Yes! I saw a lot of herbal choices that sounded amazing. I just HAVE to have my caffeine lbs.

That sounds so good 🤤. I LOVE mango and tropical fruits too. May have to give that one a try.
