The Boat is legit! Caught some pow up there earlier this month. Probably one of my favorite resorts. The trees were incredible and even the blues and greens off of sunshine were full of rollers and side hits to pop off of. Great town too, better then breck and telluride, and I like those towns. Take the boys to hypnotic chicken on the way into town. Btw… Hop on that new rink, I wanna see you on skates!
3:34 is that the trees between Rolex and West Side, or the roped off trees off of Broadway? They closed alot of that terrain a few years ago when a storm came through and knocked a bunch of trees down
Literally just got to golden tonight and hitting steamboat Tue, Wed, Thurs. Hoping to miss the weekend warriors. Looks like fresh snow all week too. Ready for it.
Has anyone been through the closets at steamboat on a snowboard? Those trees and moguls were nasty when I went through there. I looked at the map after and it's just solid trees with no open areas 😂

Yeah Steamboat is usually either warm or blower. I recommend going up Morningside lift and hiking up towards the East Face for fresh snow weeks later.
Ted's Trees is one of my favorite areas to ski on a pow day. Plus Reed is a great boarder!
