Thank you all for the awesome feedback on this video and following along for the journey! Rember you can enter to WIN this bike right here: kincadepavich.com/item/ktm-200-giveaway/
I think the holes you`re talking about at 10:00 are for the plastic chain mud guard that comes on the road legal EXC versions of this bike, I think they`re required to be installed from the factory here in europe for some reason, but i`m not entirely sure on that.
Post number 8 of trying to convince Kincade to do a subscriber rebuild! 03 ktm 125sx!!!! Also unicycle is wicked 😂😂 I switched my handle man! Just in case😂
Hey, talking about that hole in swingarm 10:00 it is there so you can add chain guard, that goes on top, like you see on street bikes. Nice videos, keep it up!
Mr. Kincade: my name is Clifton Riley love riding dirt bike's but never really learned how to ride one properly . When I came across your web. Page ,I was automatically hooked .looking forward to viewing more, as soon as I get the subscription part done. Again THANK YOU so very much for doing what & you do it ,,very well
As someone who recently got into dirtbikes again from when I was a kid to now an adult with 0 mechanic skill. These videos are really inspiring to try picking up a project bike and learn! I dont have the space for it at the moment, but it's a really fun idea to have and something I might do in the future. Thank you and this was a really well put together video and story!
Incredible how you crank that ktm and very good on that hard enduro. You have me focused on your videos good transformations to those bikes almost for scrapping. Keep it up! Greetings from Spain brother 🔥🇪🇸
Only half way thru loved the intro mtb wheelie the whole time looking at the camera . I have a 07 200 exc bought new best bike ever , yours definately got the bling going on surprized you running the orange rear spring i find the white pcs spring way better as its way more progressive the orange lone is linear .200 rules .
man, I've been drooling over this bike since watching you build it. I'm currently riding a 2015 ktm 300 xcw for trail riding and desert but something about that 200 has made me want to try one. most definitely going to buy some entries!
Kincade, that unicycle scene had me thinking... But I need the training wheel in front of me!! So, with that said, I'll stick with my bicycle!! Nothing wrong with being 95% underbiked!! Get out there and play...
A solution to your clutch tool would be to have your buddy weld a few old steel clutch plates together, and weld on a handle that clears the basket. This will support the clutch basket all the way around and distribute the load onto all the teeth and not just two. Only downside is, its a motor specific tool and not a universal tool like you have. However, if you find yourself rebuilding the same type of motor all the time, the homemade tool is much nicer to use.
Such a transformation on that bike I have a kx250 21 model that i attempt hard enduro on and i get some weird looks doing it on a 4 stroke but id love to have a 2 stroke to try enduro with
30:30 ouch man. I felt the pain. I'm always so nervous tightening clutches for that reason. Wrapping the full length of a ratchet strap (minus the ratchet) around the hub and anchoring that to the work bench seems to be a really solid way to do it. The pressure is evenly distributed, and it holds well. I feel like an idiot when I do it that way, but it's never failed me, and no metal on metal.
You're making me question buying an 06 for $1k near me that needs a rebuild haha. I already own one that needs a rebuild, figured I may as well rebuild two at a time and have 2 of my favorite bikes in my garage.
Feel free to bless me with some spare parts lol got an 07. Rode it twice had to rebuild the suspension completely including having the bottom rear clicker drilled out and now needs a top and bottom rebuild. Only rode it for an hour 😅
man the winner will be lucky i wloud try to enter but i cant cause im from slovakia im rideing a cr125 i think its a 1995 with kayaba forks that look like a 80s forks and a kx80 engine with a enduro sprocket and cant even work yet so im stuck with a booty bike that needs so much investments that its not even worth it i wloud be lucky if i cloud get a 1990s dt125r but they are still like 1 to 1.5k keep doing great content man hope you reach 200k soon

Good videos love it
Hey man im a local in gallatin valley love the work you do keep it up!!
just wrap a shop towel around the clutch hub and stuff it tight into the space between it and the clutch basket. no broken stuff
Epic video, but I'm pretty sure it's against the law to leave the 200 club once you've joined...
Kincade, that unicycle scene had me thinking... But I need the training wheel in front of me!! So, with that said, I'll stick with my bicycle!!

For high horsepower snow bikes grindhard plumbing co made one out of a hyabusa, they had issues with it shredding the timber sled drive belts.
Great video, very well done.

Side note, I'd totally run that hub hahaha. I don't race though.
Yes! Under three hours
a masterpiece build👍♥️
My 06 also has the hole in the swing arm
37:20 I was thinking about this the other day, would like a Yamaha petcock bolt up? They're much shorter.
That is a 2003-2007 IMS tank for RFS 4-stroke KTM. 250/400/450/525. You made it work though.
That video reminded me to never work on my bike, so stressful, so expensive just bring it to the mechanic 😅
Cool to see you put the expensive screw ups in the video- happens to all of us!
Such a sick vid!!!
Definitely a nice bike, had to put in an entry! Fingers crossed lol 🤞
That bike is awesome!
the unicycle is a must
Swingarm hole is most definitely a drain hole my RM250 has three different random holes and they’re for draining if water or dirt gets inside
Props to the dj for the shock rebuild tunes low key 😂
Always enjoy your videos 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🇬🇧
Love this bike!!
I'm moving from Australia so I can win it! Hahah
30:34 Ive always used a rattle gun while holding the hub with a rag and never had issues. You have to know your rattle gun though.
I'm 15 years old, but a bike like that is a dream🤩
19:23 THATS A FILTER finnally

Is there a reason why all your enduro bikes dont have an headlight?
With this build I don’t think you bit the bullet. I think you ate the bullet.
Brother just got a 200
More unicycle content
Not the 200😢
