I saw your ktm 200 build and went out and upgraded to an 06 crf250x. To my disappointment it blew up third ride and I have little mechanical experience. Love the videos and hope that I can learn a thing or two to the the 250 back up and running

Dude. That last course looked absolutely horrible!! The first two seemed really fun. Love how everyone seemed so friendly. Was a blast to watch. Funny to see how many people recognized you too. Great video.
Thanks a ton man! I will say I think the A course would look a lot more enjoyable if I was on a bigger bore bike haha. That said, "enjoyable" is a loose term with terrain like that.

Just got home from work and haven’t clicked on a video faster than right now. Have been loving this 200 series! My dad swore by the 200 and has owned every 200 he could get his hands on including a wr200!
I have a wr 200 its a fun bike or atleast it was lol i beat the crap out of it and now its time to rebuild the top end after it lost compression, I even ran a jb welded cylinder for 60+ hours on a blaster piston the bike continued to rip even with that
So cool watching your skills progress! I could never do half of that haha! My favourite part is seeing people stuck on the easy line and you passing them on the hard line.

I guarantee my fully customized 2017 Husqvarna TX300 is every bit as good as the bikes the top riders are on. There's nothing wrong with a well put together 06 KTM 200. It's all about maintenance and making the bike perfect for you and for the task at hand.

Thank you! This project was all about seeing if I could do it on a 200 - never about the 200 being the best tool for the job. Would 100% take a current 300 XC or 300 XC-W. I think I would've been relatively competitive in the A class (top 40ish? Who knows...) on a good 300.
For sure, I plan to put some love into the bike. Goal in the next few months is for someone to win it and get myself a 300! Need to get it back into good shape before someone wins it though.
The little 200 that could! That piston has to be tired. I think folks were just getting out of you way because you were so pinned getting up things. Nice work. A lot farther that I would have got on my 300.
I was debating that! Obviously can't do a raw lap on A, lots of sitting around and yanking bikes, but I could do raw laps from each of the 2 bronze races.
