My family spent several days getting our home ready for an inspection by the “buyer”. We got our home professionally cleaned, sparkling clean. The buyers wanted to drop our price down by 5K after the inspection. We wondered why, it made no sense to us at all. My mother went into her bedroom and someone had found one pice of African American hair!! They had placed said strand of hair on my Mother’s nightstand, which was white!! Yesss, we are people of color and come to find out they were of European descent!! The gall of them to be that small-minded and racially motivated in their hunt for a bargain!! Just absolutely disgusting and despicable behavior on their part!!

Homeowners are : i bought my house in the 50's for 25k todays market worth 250k i think i'll put it on the market for top dollar. Reality is those avocado and gold appliances with asbestos tiles and original terrazzo floors with pink and blue fully tiled bathrooms and green shag rug. Never done anything but wear and tear and thinks they deserve todays value 😂

I've had the realtor reject a showing. Never mind the seller. The seller never even knew there was a request to visit their property.

If you can't eat it, you probably can't smell it either. Makes me nauseous.
