We won game 5 in 2013, 2018, 2019, and 2022. We lost game 5 last year.
Only Washington, Columbus, and Montreal beat us in game 5 and won the series

Hmm hearing Keefe talk about the usage of the third and fourth line (in not ideal situations), I remember so many people ripping him for using those lines late in games during the season. You can argue the fourth line has been one of the better lines in the series and our third line isn’t always being outplayed. The trust in the players and giving them opportunities is looking to pay off. Hopefully they can pull off a game 7 win. We’ll still be firing Keefe regardless 😂

This is the real deal now, this team has shown no matter who's out they can play with any team and win, but if Matthews comes back Keefe "Don't Waiver" put him in JT's spot and move him to the third line and you will have a 1-2-3 punch and a 4th line to knock them out after the first 3 lines wear them down. 🛑Even if Matthews comes back for game #7, PLEASE don't split up Bert-Domi-Mitchie! That line is just magic, and wins almost every faceoff. Put Matthews on the 3rd or 4th line... Boston will never see it coming lol
But matthews line with beet and domi was on fire as well and you need to scoring power cant win lots in the playoffs with 2 or less goals so if matthews is 100% and with woll in net I think that would be fine?

The peeper doesn't need a recipe. They need common sense. Spread out for each other, rip darts at eachother. Pass pass shot. Instead they dont spread out, they skate into traffic instead of the open ice, and they cant put 2 clean quick passes together.
Get open for eachother and make 2 quick passes is a good start

Break the Pp up ftn, Get 2 units battling for a spot not one set unit then the 2nd who knows they’ll only get 30sec. Love boucher on the bench hes the ONLY coach i’ve seen go up to players, laugh w them and give them a pat on the back when they do good. Makes 0 sense why he’s the PP guy but he’s a great on the bench and you can tell the players love him.

Keefe saying they've made a lot of adjustments on the powerplay is laughable, no you haven't you've been doing the same crap that doesn't work so repeatedly Boston can just go on autopilot and kill the penalty by default. It's about execution...lmao yeah execution is the problem...they keep trying to execute the same stupid zone entries. Everyone sees the back pass coming Boston just sits there and waits for them to finish it. They spend 30-60 seconds every powerplay fiddling with the puck skating at turtle speed waiting for the same setup meanwhile Boston standing still had them in checkmate 20 seconds ago. Zero speed, zero urgency, zero variety, zero goals. 1/20 on the powerplay should get the whole coaching staff fired regardless of how the team does. Credit the team for doing this well with such horrendous coaching.
