    Great video. My small brain could never use that many fridges in one spot so I would use this for single foundation fridge bays throughout my base. That way I could coordinate them easier. Well done.

      Perfect! It's super easy once you've got the two snap points to build these whatever size you want since nine cryofridges snap perfectly to a single foundation. That's the most useful the new snapping mechanic has been so far for me! Love it!

    Thats enough storage for 4320 cryopods !
    Nice job mate.

    Is there a way to do this with a base thats already built on pillars? So no foundations? I cant wrap my head around a way to translate this to my base.

      I'd have to look into it, but that does sound tricky. I'd imagine you could build the scaffolding off the side of one of the ceilings to get the reference point. From there, if a foundation couldn't reach the reference point, I'd maybe get one to a height where a quarter wall can reach when snapped to it and place a ceiling on top to use as the lower floor. Let me know if something like that helps!

      Ramp down from walls iys slightly lower or even use qaurter ceilings this is a hard hard way around

      Yes you can. You dont have to do all of this struggles. I think its even easier. Just make a lower level place tables on the lower ceilings put cryofridges on the tables and viola you have this. No idea why these youtubers make it all so difficult for no reason.

    great job as always, can i upgrade your difficult level ? hehe just in case you can do it, can you combine 3 structures ? dedicated tek, vaults and cryofridges ? i know is insane petition but if you have time to do it would be awesome to make compact bases ^^ again great job you are a genius

      Thanks for the very kind words! Now that we’ve got all the pieces I’d love to try and make some crafting station and war room base designs for sure! Like you say, would be great if there’s a fluent way to combine the floors or methods into one easy build! I’ll definitely see what I can do! 🙌🏻

      I’ve been trying todo that since the dedi floor. Managed to merge vaults and dedis all aligned but don’t ask me how cause was pretty nasty tbh 😅
      Good work, gonna give it another try as I’m building a war room :)

    Is there any way I can put in on my mobile base? It’s not letting me

    • @toastbloke
      @toastbloke  Год назад

      I don't think there is. I'm pretty sure they've made it so you can't place cryofridges on rafts and platforms with official settings. It ties in to their decision to stop people releasing cryopods without a fridge nearby. A portable fridge would bypass that.

      Thanks heavens! Nobody ever shows up from the building regulations departments prior to my builds. There's nobody to submit plans to either, so I do worry about these things!

    U put in generator & gas but do u expect it to magically power those fridges? Lol. I mean I didn't see u connect any electrical components. Or do those jus auto place now & I missed it? 🤔 lol.

    • @toastbloke
      @toastbloke  9 месяцев назад

      I hate to say it, but it's magic in ASA. Electric and water both work 'wirelessly,' so you just put down you gen, water tank or intake and they will make things work within their AoE. It's really quick, but I do kind of miss routing my cables!

    • @BossHawk_88
      @BossHawk_88 9 месяцев назад

      @toastbloke are u for cereal!? I mean, I had the hardest time place irrigation system with a massive tree house I was building in one of the maps in the other Ark game. I all but gave up. So when u say things like, "both," "water," or "tank," or "intake," do u mean for things of that mature also?
      Now work wireless? Is that why I can't find the electrical cables anywhere in the craft menu??? Lol

      I’ve never seen or heard of anyone building/using one of these, but I can understand why it could be useful! Got a long list of things to try, but I’ll add this on. Cheers 💪🏻
