Much needed video for everyone, I will call this as an enlightenment video.
Most of the people get motivated because someone else is getting a high salary
    Thank you very much sir.

Sir Maybe also talk about why you don't have to completely depend on an it job or any of the other similar corporate mnc jobs for that matter...probably talk about how there are other ways to make a living as well...its almost as if there's nothing else other than your usual IT jobs that you can do in your life... when in reality there's a whole world out there.. just a suggestion!

    • @stt5176

No offence to Anand sir, but I too had the same feeling for a while that whenever I am opening social media, I am being bombarded with ads, lecture etc which says that you need to get these specific skills or you need to do these courses if you want to have a decent life in future and almost all those are linked to IT field. Sometimes i get stressed out thinking that whether I have made a mistake without Pursuing an IT job or without doing those courses...Maaahn... There has to be some other jobs also, which don't need you to be constantly stressed out or without tearing apart.

@stt5176 exactly..unfortunately most people who've Worked in IT almost all their professional lives speak the same language... I'm sure they mean well but it just feels like they're too saturated... like they eat breathe and drink IT or something

Great informative video. I would like to see a structured video for the people in late 30's or in 40's who are trying to start over or switch their career. Not much information on RUclips out there on this subject matter. Example: I am a small business owner (Trading company) who successfully ran a company for over 10 years but now planning to get back into job market (preferably intrapreneur positions ) but finding it difficult. Looking fwd to some informative videos on this (or similar) subject(s). Thanks!

Very true. I have seen people switch jobs and after sometime feel stressed out in their new jobs and then switch back to the old company only but with a better salary than they what earned before leaving. Sonetimes, it's a kind of strategy they follow to get an hike, but may not work for everyone 😏

Exact same thing happened to me. I was in a product based company with awesome work life balance and then got an offer from one of the big4. Couldn't regret more after joining. Have been here for about 6months and the situation is bit more stable now but I highly doubt if I can stay here for long term.

I suddenly realised after listening to your talk that one may be working in a wrong type of job which is high pressure work with lots of deadlines and extra work hours but the natural rhythm of that person may not match the work style so he starts feeling the anxiety stress burnout.Peer pressure and overexpectation of oneself will lead to such scenario.

You also stated to think big think global. Kept me thinking what are some ways a novice or a little experience candidate can apply for jobs which are available globally?? Can you do a video on it??

Fact of the matter it's called jugaad that's what we have most in IT industry. No skill but only presenting skills we are more focusing on. We are not upto the standards what customers expecting. This is what happening since last 2 decades and it continues. But with AI integration most job cuts in near future step by step 🪜
