I know it’s quite small for what it is haha but I wanted to build it in britechester and the lots there are so small ! I wanted it to have a kinda classic feel and still have enough room for outdoor activities and since there are only 4 sims that would live there I didn’t want it to be too big and look empty, thank you for the feedback hope you still enjoyed it ❤️
I love the concept it just seems so small? I’m in college in the US and it looks a lot more like rented student housing than a frat to me
