It had the UK flag with 'English' next to it. And underneath it had the US flag with 'English(simplified)' next to it. That about sums it up.

Idk why you're trying to be derogatory to Americans here when he is right that lieutenant being pronounced the NA (we say it that way in Canada too) way makes more sense by how it's spelled.

Instead of 9/11, what if the UK insisted on calling it 11/9 and that's how it started being called in most of the media you see. Now have dozens of similar things happening and your kids are no longer sure which is the American way to say things anymore. At the end of the day, it's a minor annoyance, but it's still an annoyance. Then you have the fact that teasing Americans is a British pasttime. Kinda like pranking the fresh-faced new guy on the jobsite.

That used to be set in a generic Lord of the Rings style world except they added a race of giant rat men and lizardmen. They borrowed sound-alike names from Tolkien back in the day but had to change it with the increasing popularity of LOTR. Anyway, 40,000 was the science fiction “brother” game to WH Fantasy, over time became the preferred one due to simplicity and faster gaming time. Before the video games people collected and painted miniatures. Most of this stuff you see was in people’s imaginations and table tops for a few decades. Welcome to the future (we’ve already been here waiting).
