This building is one of the best for sure! I still need to build mine! As an experienced donut fisherman, I can confirm that tool is, in fact, a donut rod. Judging by the chain, it isn't a high end model, but will suffice in a pinch. It's a tough call on placement in the city, all the choices look great!🔥
Do consider the fact that the police station has a giant sign referring to the laundry business, so you may want it to be visible, and also far enough from the bank to make sense. My vote is to put it opposite to the bank.
Hi there ! Nice modular, I love it. I think opposite vs the brickbank looks best but it depends on your plan for extending your city later. Yeah you could build a simple and lovely vehicle as the city burger van which would bring some fantasy (love it too though it is a bit "toyish") but the GWP would be perhaps more appropriate near modulars...it is up to you of course ! Jazz Club would fit perfectly then, if you like the color scheme. Palace cinema will be a much more expensive choice but you seem very keen on it so... Best regards.
Excellent video. This too was my first modular which made me want to collect and start my very own city. I like the third position you placed it in the most. I’m considering adding the boutique hotel to mine since it’s a corner build. I’m also on the fence about the Jazz Club. perhaps if you build that next it’ll change my mind. Thanks again.
I’d like the cinema as the next build. Having built it recently I’m interested by how you will make the mills plate. Will you go all red or just the part the building sits on ?? I’ll tune in and find out 😂 Great work again. Stop motion is on point and even includes the story telling. I don’t think it’ll be long till this channel explodes 🤜🤛
@@BrickheadBarista hahaha I just put mine on mils and thought I’d bought enough red 4x4 but apparently not. Miscalculated and now have about 12 grey studs showing lol. May have to lay some tiles for a floor if I can figure out a design I like rather than just red tiles everywhere.
Great review, this was my first official modular after a couple of marvel ones. Mine is next to assembly square, donut shop and bakery look great together. Palace cinema for me please, would love that one myself but i've vowed not to chase retired (expensive) modulars.
Hey. Love your videos. I have this set coming. I recently built the Diner and the Natural History Museum. Ive just decided to tackle light kits and I have to say the lightailing ones are quite easy to install and they look great.

Next to the bank for sure.

Thanks for clarifying! It’s. I wonder he got caught 🤣
Love the time and effort you are putting into the channel. Keep up the good work. I am starting mine and will be posting soon.
Thank you! I'll keep a look out for yours!
Sounds good. Always watching. Found you about a month ago.@@BrickheadBarista

Oh yeah that makes sense!
Beautiful lego kit! Great video! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you!
My respects!
Thank you!
Another great video! That looks like it was a fun kit. I like the Shawshank breakout under the cell.
Thanks Chris! Yeah that’s a great feature, made me laugh when it suddenly dawned on me what was building.
Excellent job on the animation build and the build. Awesome 👍 Looking forward in checking out your other videos. 😄
Thank you so much!

Hi! Yep it's a hard decision! I guess there's no real right or wrong and building on MILS means its easy to move everything around anyway!

That’s going to be an interesting choice to make. Depends on the tiling situation I think. Wait and see!

Thanks! Yeah it’s became an expensive habit 🤦
I would prefer modular building
The police station is a modular? Which one would you prefer?

Thanks! That’s good to know, I wasn’t sure whether to go Lightmybricks, light tailing or game of bricks
Did you manage to buy this from the Lego store? Thought it was retired last year. I’m just in the middle of building the Parisian Restaurant!
Yes I bought it when I found out it was going to retire! The Parisian restaurant looks great, hope to add that at some point!
@@BrickheadBarista yeah I’ve really enjoyed building it. Not sure what to get next although I’ve got assembly square waiting to be built.
