I’ve been collecting the Modular’s for just over a year now so it’s great watching someone on a similar journey! I think the boutique hotel will add a nice pop of colour for your next Modular and will look great next to assembly square!

Assembly Square is THE modular set. It was the set that blew me away and got me back into Lego. Its size, detail, flexibility makes it the most iconic modular building imo. It also has a long 7 year shelf life because of how popular it has been. Enjoy your videos, keep it up! I vote Police Station, only because I plan to buy it soon 😅

Don't forget to buy the Jazz Club. I enjoyed it a lot. I'm currently building Assembly Square and today I received the museum in the mail. It's very addictive 😀

Happy to follow your journey, i too started this year and got the police station, boutique hotel, jazz, club and Assembly square. not going to lie, the assembly square is not a favorite, i just got it because it's retiring, but it feels dated and out of place compared to the newer models. but hey, the city is expanding, planning on getting the museum later this year
I had a struggle with the bakery windows, glad I'm not the only one. I found it a little on the stressful side 😅 bought this set a month ago. It was my first modular now I have the Jazz club so my lego high street is coming on a bit... can see I have the addiction already to the modular series. Have on order two Chinese restaurant sets to modularise can't wait. Happy building 😊

Good idea I think to go on with this amazing Modular for your growing City. I think it is the best Modular with Parisian Restaurant (this last one being too expensive on the second market though for me). Very nice addition to your City. Do you intend to put road tracks around them ? My two cents : as the Boutique Hotel is a corner modular, you may prefer to go on with option N°1 if you have got enough room to install both of them on your table. Both arer great though so it is up to you of course. Thx, long life to your channel and hoping your business will work ok !
