I'm trying to do prelim searches prior to a tax lien auction ... I know it's a long shot, but are you open to a paid zoom session to see how you use these tools? I'm thinking if you are in a different state (I'm in SC), sharing info would not cut into your livelihood ...
I bought tax lien properties before with like 7 liens on them, my wife called the lien holders and told them we bought the property would they release the lien and most said yeah. We also had an Attorney clean up the title of the lien holders for the ones my wife couldn't get in touch with. I believe if my memory serves me right the Attorney ran an ad 3 times and stated if anyone has a claim to come forward, no one came forward so the title was clear... We flipped the property and doubled our money.

I'm not sure why this video doesn't have more thumbs up! I have viewed several videos, most of them promoting either a book, a training course, or trying to get your email address. Most, if not all I have seen, promote researching deeds, however, they all seem to do the same thing, tell you what a deed is, tell you how important it is to research the property, but they never go into the detail you just provided - and you didn't try to sell me anything. That alone gets you a thumbs up but the walk-thru, PRICELESS! SUBSCRIBED!!! Thanks for sharing!

I did begin looking up titles on land my grandfather owned and was hit by so many road blocks. But I contacted the clerk of court and got a lot of information. This helped me to understand and know the things you need to know on title searches.

Any chance you can explain at 12:20 DT, SAT, LT90, PL. I think NTWNSHP is north township and then the cross reference numbers? How did those come up. Then the codes begin with R. Does that stand for Record? Then on Davidson you have PL: PD a lot does that stand for plot or private loan? You have D/T, R/M/A, MOD, as well with DEED ASGMT SAT. Also what is a TIFF? I know what a PDF is. The way you have this is in North Carolina. It may be totally different as I am from Illinois. I don’t know. Studying for exam and trying to understand a deed/title. Thanks

Hey bro love the videos , subscribed and alerts, was wondering if you had any videos , on buying land, I seen a piece of land that is my dream to have and won't last and a tycoon will eventually grab. But I know with land buys theirs no first time buyer , or any of the those benefits and all are hard loans so to say , and only certain banks with history with them would even entertain it. Any advice on how make it happen , it's a large amount , If i could get in some how and get it like a mortgage I could afford the payments but don't know how to get a loan for it or a way in unfortunately, where's there a will there's a way so wanted to ask , and your the truth and don't hold information from your people so your thr only shot I got , thanks in advance any advice is greatly appreciated

For the liens in my county it's difficult to see how much the lien is for until it reaches a court hearing.
