Hi. I'm from Trinidad 🇹🇹 and I do that same kind of Filigree . I make borders and fill, then gold solder it. I use Ten carat gold. I love your videos. It teaches.

Я основу квадратного сечения изнутри прокладываю толстой сканью. И для скрепления деталей использую не клейкую ленту, а клей бф-6. При пайке он выгорает полностью и не мешает ни буое, ни припою.

Hi! Thank you! it's 0.25 x 0.9 mm wire. I use a brass brush to give it a shine and then mops with polishing compounds for final polish. You can watch me making filigree live on twitch -> www.twitch.tv/ertalee_silversmith . I will be happy to answer all your questions :)
