Said it with your Iron Sky one, and I'll say it again, he's even better live. This gives a genuine impression of just how good he is 'in the flesh' and really hope you guys get to experience it one day!
He is so crazily talented. I love his live performances so much. I am playing all of his music to my 11 year old and getting her to appreciate him too.!
this song has a special, painful place in my heart. I commented on the james blunt "monsters" video about how my grandfather passed away last year at the age of 84 from cancer. My brother performed "Autumn" at his funeral. It perfectly captures how my grandfather was. My grandpa called my sister princess. He didnt come up with nicknames for us boys lol. He lived a hell of a life, and the entire reason i do filmmaking was because of him. i hope to see him again and i believe i will but even if i'm wrong i am glad to have known him. Now that i'm done remembering my grandad i think i'll recommend rewind by Paolo Nutini and i'll recommend the song "Fear" by Blue October. Rewind is just a nice relaxing tune but Fear is my fight song for when life gets hard.
Paolo does a lot of great songs and is huge here in the UK, I have a few faves such as iron sky and last request but pencil full of lead is a good vibe song that wants to get you dancing, u need to give it a listen to if u haven't already.
Thank you for this, I hadn’t heard it in years, love his voice. Funny that Paolo Nutini, Dario Franchiti, and Lewis Capaldi are all great Scots with Italian names. Other suggestions “Let me down easy” which has an awesome jazzy groove, “Caledonia” more of a folky vibe, or “Better Man” a building ballad with a Joe Cocker feel.
This was recorded in 2006. Paolo was only 19 at the time. He released his first album that year as well. Iron Sky was 2014. He was 27 there. His accent was much stronger back in 2006. Maybe that's why you didn't notice it as much in Iron Sky. It's definitely there if you go listen again, just not as strong as it is for Autumn. He lives on and off in Scotland, London, and various other parts of the world, and I'm sure that's contributed to his accent. Look up some interviews with him to get the full accent. Other songs: No Other Way live on Jools Holland is great, but if you had trouble with Iron Sky, you might also have troubles with the BBC owned stuff. There are tons of fan videos on YT. He's excellent live. Coming Up Easy, Down in Mexico (The Drifters cover), Tricks of the Trade, Diana, Let Me Down Easy, Jenny Don't Be Hasty. All amazing.
I saw Paulo at the Eden project a few years ago what a great concert in a natural amphitheatre he seemed quite humble and appreciated the audience appreciation of him
Love Paolo and I love seeing others discover him. Another UK artist I would suggest is Ben Howard. In particular, the live version of "Further Away" he busked in France, although you can't do wrong with "End of the Affair" on Jools Holland, nor his live version of "Promise" in Cologne.
Sounded to me like the male version of Grace VanderWaal, was on American Idol a few years ago, probably around 5 years ago. Am not a big fan but it was passable, better than I could do though. We can’t love ‘em all. ❤️🤘🇦🇺
James blunt has nothing on paolo. We class James as a posh twat where as paolo is one of us and one of the best talents to come out of Scotland and the U.K. in years. Lots of Italians moved to the U.K. 👍🏻
He's Scottish James blunt is English but both along with the nations of Wales and northern Ireland are all part of the United Kingdom under the Union Jack flag 🏴🏴🏴🇬🇬 . 🇬🇧
Again guys, NO OTHER WAY LIVE ON JOOLS HOLLAND IS A MUST WATCH
100% 👌👌👌
He was so young and already so soulful with that incredibly emotional voice ❤️
It's about his grandads funeral, gets me right in feelings this one.
I cry evry time I listen to this one 🥺
Love this song, his voice, so unique. These streets live is good too
Said it with your Iron Sky one, and I'll say it again, he's even better live. This gives a genuine impression of just how good he is 'in the flesh' and really hope you guys get to experience it one day!
James Blunt can only dream of having tone like Paolo!
One of my favorite songs from Paolo. Someone from England sent me one of his CD's a few years ago and I was hooked.
He is so crazily talented. I love his live performances so much. I am playing all of his music to my 11 year old and getting her to appreciate him too.!

Thanks for the suggestions, Rob! - G
Better man is such a great song!

This song always gets me X
HIs grandfather used to mind him and his sister while his parents ran the chip shop, and sing 60s pop music.
I saw Paulo at the Eden project a few years ago what a great concert in a natural amphitheatre he seemed quite humble and appreciated the audience appreciation of him
Was that 2010? I saw him there and it was fantastic! I was 5 months pregnant and my daughter was dancing along! 😂
Paolo different level🏴
Let me down easy is an amazing song , it is sad he hasn't brought anything out in 7 years let's hope he finds his voice and soul .
This song is flat out haunting
This song's breaks my heart😩
Such a huge talent at such a young age! His pianist was looking quite concerned 😢

Really beautiful. Loved that guys.
@Valerie Certainly did 😁😁😁😁
@Valerie 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@Valerie It's how you feel inside. That's what is important 👍🏻👍🏻
@Valerie That's the attitude 🤣🤣
@Valerie Just shows that you must be a lot more attractive than you think you are.
He's coming back this year! Album and headlining a few big festivals
James Arthur is good but paoulo is special one of the great live artists of all time, there is levels in this game and hes at the top
A Scotsman wrote James Bond and the first actor to play him was Sean Connery.
You have to watch no other way nutini on jools Holland show
I'm surprised you guys haven't reacted to Wild Nothing yet. It's a great band with an 80s dream pop aesthetic. Try Nocturne off the album Nocturne.
A new arrangement would make this sound like a tulip onion blossoming in the autumn.
Paolo Nutini - "No Other Way"
I want to see you react to "pencil full of lead."
try Pencil full of lead for a different vibe
I recommed the song " El perdón " by diana Navarro

Grace was on America’s Got Talent, not Idol. But, you’re right, we can’t love ‘em all. That goes for comments too 👍🏻
Check out new shoes
👌👍❤️☕☕🧐
James Blunt is English
James Blunt? Yes, that's pretty offensive!
Blunt is English
Scotland is British btw, England is British, Wales is British....you guys are just assuming British is only English.
James blunt has nothing on paolo. We class James as a posh twat where as paolo is one of us and one of the best talents to come out of Scotland and the U.K. in years. Lots of Italians moved to the U.K. 👍🏻

James blunt english, nutini scottish, all lie in united kingdoms 😅
Paolo's Scottish
James is English
BOTH are British!
James blunt is shit😲🤭🤣🤣🤣🤣💯percent
Scottish is British tbh. Just like England and Wales is British. We can't reject basic geography :)
