- here are 20 of my best top tips on how to make those longer training rides so much more enjoyable. Nothing in this video is complicated and can be done by absolutely anyone at any time!

Another tip: Ride a gravel bike and plan routes that include singletrack between stretches of asphalt. Stop for cake and coffee. Do discovery rides to try new roads and refine your existing routes, like have different versions of a route where you try new roads/paths/trails.
Love this idea! Adventuring is very enjoyable especially when you get a bit lost!

The only time i get bored on the bike is indoors. I can ride outside all day, by myself with no music without getting bored

if you are bored on the bike just change sports. There are plenty of other activities to do, why bother doing something boring
I’m addicted to cycling but if you get a bit tired in any sport and don’t mix things up you are going to get bored! Same with video games 😂
