    This app is not user friendly. I'm try to change the battery and cannot find video on how to do so.

    I agree with Janeen Smith. No use of app instructions at all. I also called an inquired about having someone to help with the app and was told that they didn't do that. So you can certainly pay them but get no help at all. I will be looking into replacing this system and i would not recommend anyone to get it. There are many other security systems now.

    my mobile app is NOTHING like this. Also, most of this video explains how to pay ADT. Nothing on use of app.

      This is from 2014 as well, their App has been updated since this video. This is just their administrative app, not the pulse or control app to arm or disarm your security system. The app itself is pretty basic and self explanatory.

    This is absolute rubbish, I have an ADT account and it won't recognize me - infuriating

      Eventually when I did get an answer from a rep, the whole thing was resolved. Still frustrating but problem solved
