I have two 8025 cameras that I have tried to add to my ADT Pulse system which already has one working 835 OD camera. I am able to get through the enter pin and press WPS recognition process, but the process never completes "adding camera". The circle spins forever. The cameras do work when connected with an ethernet cable using a generic IP camera viewer. Does the camera require that it be unpaired before the Pulse system can add it? Is there another registration process?
If you factory default the camera they are ADT Pulse Cameras you should be able to get them to add eventually if you keep trying. If they are not ADT Pulse Cameras but similar they will probably not work since they could be lacking the firmware that ADT puts on them.
This model of camera is not command/control compatible. Also as of right now there is no way for customers to add rc,oc, or mdc command/control cameras. The only cameras that customers can add are skybell doorbell cameras.

How do I access the ADT Portal website? I've used my ADT Controls ID/Password and will not accept. I've call ADT several times and for some Odd reason when I ask to get access to Portal website they literally disconnect me from phone line. Please help. TY
thanks for your video..i cant believe i have to wait several days for a tech support tfrom ADT to help me out with my camera. Tech support should be available anytime..no cameras for a week sucks..hire more tech support ADT pls...wonder if CPI or simply safe is better
Is the pulse outdoor camera preferable to the ADT Blue? Can I use my TV as a monitor to the cameras? I have high speed wireless internet. How is this used since I don't plan to use a phone but a TV or even another computer monitor? What's the cost per camera and does it need any other control unit? Come with a remote control to navigate on a SmartTV?
You would not be able to get adt blue or adt pulse cameras on a tv I dont think. You would want to upgrade to ADT control and add an SVR (which has an HDMI output) or get a separate IP Camera system. zionssecurity.com/ip-camera-system/

Zions Security Alarms - ADT Authorized Dealer so I go to the adt portal and go to videos? I don’t see it? I go to devices and it only show the sensor devices but not the option to add a device. Thank you for helping!
Juan Torres adt pulse does record a clip every 5 min or so. Has a long downtime for sure. That is why ADT evolved and came out with ADT Control their new platform. It can record every 30 seconds and even have a local hard drive recording for nonstop recording.

If there is enough light you should see color, but it adjusts to black and white and infrared when there is not much light

No sorry. Most of the cloud based services like ADT Pulse, ADT Control, Alarm.com, etc... will not work if there is not a current account for it.

If you cannot remember your login you can reset your password. If that does not work you will have to call ADT.

Don’t waste your time with the camera system. It doesn’t record, unless you have a dedicated systems attach to it. Waste of money. Get something else.
