It’s all in how you perceive it. You’re in control. You can dispense with misperception at will, like rounding the point.” - Marcus Aurelius I think he also said life doesnt give us any challenges we cant take. Brother life is hard and thats it. Why it has to be easy. Just dive into it as hard as it is because if life is easy its not life
In the life of our prophet PBUH, you'll find your guide out this test Allah is putting you through. Trust me, I've listened to em all: philosophers, Tate, hamza, read self help, biohacking etc, and it was going good but NOTING holds a candle to how my life is now that I've come back to Islam (after learning the Islamic answer to all the difficult questions/vices I had). May Allah make it easy for you brother.
The book "How To Win Friends And Influence People" even says not to make people feel like they are in the wrong because no one wants to be made to feel like they are in the wrong. Wish I knew this sooner. I would've kept quiet about this had I known beforehand but the bigger the mistake, the bigger the lesson learnt.
Evan, so the strategy is to keep the mouth shut and let them bump into those walls and suffer the consequences? Unless they come to you and ask for the advice?
This is one of the best videos you’ve ever made, Hamza. I remember clearly how my friends reacted when I started eating clean. We were going out to Chick-fil-a for lunch every day, and when I grew tired of how awful the food made me feel, I started meal prepping. I still go to CFA with them, but I bring my own food. They all make fun of me, but I don’t care. The food I eat now is healthy and makes me feel amazing, and it’s well worth the teasing, but it really shows that you’re “friends” will turn against you as soon as you want to change your life
I went from being "the popular kid" to being alienated by everybody at my school for not doing degen shit and wanting to study and improve my physical and mental health in the span of a few months. I litterally cant talk to anyone and have them take me seriously. Ive lost friends and felt like shit going to school knowing nobody likes me but I know I made the right decision.
@@ShauMapping their attention spans are so damaged, even when I was cool with everybody I couldnt have deep conversations with anyone since their attention spans were just nonexistent

They would switch to other activities, or other people like them instead, in the middle of my sentence I experienced betrayals ever since I stopped eating like a vaccuum cleaner, meditated, journaled, excercised, read, you name it, and the betrayals themselves hurt a lot more than words - someone, with whom you've been hanging out for several years calls you a loser, monkey, donkey for commiting a mistake, like every other human does... The false painting of brotherhood gets smacked by a hammer of insecurities...
If you die tonight, do you know where you're going? Did you know that Jesus Christ is THE Truth, the life and the only way to Heaven? Revelation 20:15 ''Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.'' Through Jesus Christ, God offers you a FREE gift - forgiveness. All you need to do is repent, turn away from your sins and evil ways, from now on put your faith completely in Jesus Christ and be obedient to Him. Biblical explanation of the Gospel: God doesn’t want anybody in hell, but you must understand why we deserve hell and why those who refuse to live under His authority will go there. He gave us the law (Ten Commandments) not to make us righteous, but rather to show us our sin (Romans 3:20). God gave us free will and since Adam sinned in the garden, sin is the nature of our flesh and we ALL have sinned. (Romans 3:23) The law demands death to those who sin (Romans 6:23). Since we have all sinned, we all deserve hell. Revelation 21:8 says that all liars will go to hell. Yes, even if you have lied once in your life, you are sentenced to hell - that's how high God's standards are of moral perfection because God is holy and righteous, there is not one sin in Him. For someone to be justified before holy God they have to be sinless, that's why everyone need Jesus Christ - for He lived a sinless life, died on the cross and rose from the dead on the third day. None of us are good in God’s eyes, because for God good means moral perfection. We all have broken God’s commandments, we all have sinned in our lives so none of us are good. ‘’For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it.’’ (James 2:10). Our carnal mind is hostile to God; it does not submit to God's moral law and it never will (Romans 8:7). We hate the thought of God for the same reason a criminal hates a policeman - we know we have sinned against God and are guilty of it and we don't want to be damned. No good works will ever save you. You can't earn salvation by good works, because God will judge us for our sin. Good News is that Jesus Christ lived a perfect, holy, sinless life and He died for our sins according to the Scriptures, He was buried and He was raised from the dead on the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3-4) For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.’’ (John 3:16) We aren’t saved by our good works, but only by the grace of God through faith in Christ. ''For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9) Jesus said ‘’it is finished’’ (John 19:30) just before He died on the cross, which means He paid the fine for our sins (past, present, future) to be forgiven only IF we repent and trust in Him. This is how you can get saved from sin and hell - repent of your sins and trust in Jesus Christ. Get to know Him by reading God's Word. So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him.” (Luke 11:13) ''What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not!'' (Romans 6:15) ''Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out'' (Acts 3:19) Repentance is a turning away from sin and all evil works, and it always results in changed behavior (Luke 3:8). Biblically, a person who repents does not continue willfully in sin. While sorrow from sin is not equivalent to repentance, it is certainly an element of scriptural repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10). Do not play a hypocrite. ''God is light; in Him there is no darkness at all. If we claim to have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.'' (1 John 1:5-6) (John 3:3) Jesus replied, "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again." If you have repented and have genuine faith in Jesus Christ then you will receive the gift of Holy Spirit and be born-again spiritually. When you believed, you were marked in Him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession - to the praise of His glory. (Ephesians 1:13-14) Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him. (John 3:36) ''You will know them by their fruits'' (Matthew 7) If you have been truly born-again with the Holy Spirit and He has regenerated your heart, you will desire righteousnes - to do what is good and righteous in God's eyes, to seek God everyday in His Word and prayer, to strengthen your relationship with God. You will no longer desire to willfully continue living in sin but will want to obey God out of your love for Him because of His amazing grace revealed to us through the death and resurrection of His Son. ''Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.'' (2 Corinthians 5:17) ''For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.'' (Eph 2:10) You will have a testimony - of what your life had been before and how has it changed now when you have surrendered it to Lord Jesus Christ. As a declaration and affirmation of your faith in Jesus Christ, get baptised in water because He commanded us to do so. In John 3:5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.'' ''Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit'' (Matthew 28:19) ''Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.'' (Acts 2:41) ''And this water symbolizes the baptism that now saves you also - not the removal of dirt from the body, but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God - through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,'' (1 Peter 3:21) ''We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.'' (Romans 6:4) ''Having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead.'' (Colossians 2:12) Please get right with God and get to know Jesus Christ personally today before it’s too late, because there’s not much time left! "But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.’’ (Mark 13:32) Get to know Christ through God's Word - Bible. At first I recommend reading Gospel of John and book of Romans. God bless you! Jeremiah 29:13 - ''You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.''
Your videos have definitely changed my life, i was 16 when I first started watching, my life was a mess, going through breakup, stress, heartbreak and this modern type of lifestyle nearly killed me. I don't know where I would've gone in life if I haven't discovered a pride in my masculinity and the man I want to be, thank you for your videos!
Hi Hamza I just want to say you made me realise all the wrongs in my life, I changed it and now I barely eat bad food, I work out, play way less video games, I study all the time (I did before but still), and I'm a more calm and mature guy and I can really see the difference and I thank you so much for helping me advance in life for the better. My life is perfect right now, and part of that was you.
"You invalidate their excuses" the story of my life. Being disabled and still doing more then most. No wonder I perceive most people not liking me lol. The part about being a sheep in wolves clothing is useful imagery. Normally only hear it the other way around. I needed this video. Time to focus on new friendships.
Used to think I was bad at learning. I struggle so much to concentrate in school but can watch a 20 min Hamza video with an absolute presence. Just shows how great he is at teaching.
Actually, I love what Hamza says @5:21. I remember talking to my coworkers about fasting, and how they both quickly had this opinion that fasting was negative. It only exacerbated anorexia, according to them, and they couldn’t understand why anyone would want to do it. I tried to explain the benefits it brought (like cellular autophagy, rise of hgh, etc- I fasted 120 hours before); however, quickly realised they were not going to listen to me. They already showed extremely emotional responses (e.g no you’re wrong, you’re wrong!) without providing any rationale or evidence. They literally showed that indoctrinated hive mindset, lol. Knowing this was at my job / work environment, I quickly stopped the argument and just nodded my head. The truth will exist, whether they agree or not.
I went through the same experience with my coworkers, except the conversation was about fresh and fit and Andrew Tate. Of course, my opinion was the unpopular one and I was getting kinda irritated explaining my pov which just lead to ongoing bad energy. Now I'll just keep all conversations surface level.
12:30 is eye opening to me. Because that is the complete opposite of my mindset. When I see someone doing better I’m not only happy for them and proud, but I’m also motivated by it. I feel encouraged to do better. What I forget is that people feel resentment in when they see someone improve. Because their own ego doesn’t like that they’re doing better than them. Former fat kid everyone made fun of gets strong minded and jacked. Their insecure ego will go wild and the second you act to what feels like a superior to them as a former inferior they won’t be able to handle it. This is what killed my relationship with my father that raised me. I outshined the master.
@@renegade2325 No dear, see, their mindset and broadly speaking, algorithm is different. They define success completely differently than you. So they don't care whether you are gettin' confident with your appearence or not. Listen, I can feel you. And you will eventually come to the solution. So let me help you, never hate anyone. I know there are quite deep things to discuss and you are not exactly hating them, but you will notice exactly what I am saying now, Every single people with a soul has a protagonist mindset. Whenever there is mess, the subconsciousness will detect it dangerous and will work the situation. I repeat, every one has a protagonist mindset and it is their biggest mistake if they really wanna accomplish something big. If they think otherwise that life is small, go grab it all, then yes we can define him a loser. So make yourself a NPC and observe these fragile protagonists. Get the mindset what Robert Greene preaches. And finally if you have read it all, pray for me. Thank you.
@@farhansadiq7673 I think It's different? I mean when You are the main character there, you would try to level up and surpass others right? A protagonist never sit around, npcs do
@@bangalman2630 But then the protagonist will waste a lot of time facing big to small problems. Why not be a NPC and learn from others' mistakes and be the main character while the most important event happens. You see dear, you are new in the journey, so if you go berserk right at first, you will be facing trivial problems and sometime lose your cool. It will mentally break you down. Actually, put on a mask, act differently on different circumstances. Play a sucker to catch a sucker, be the perfect courtier.
I think Hamza has a very good point here. This may sound like cope, but most of my school friends have started going to the gym and I feel like they are friends to keep. Even though most of them aren't on the same tragectory that I am (I have like 2 close friends that are), they still have good souls.
Great vid Hamza. I needed to hear this to be honest. I keep trying to be open about self improvement but always get rejected by people or made fun of but you are probably right we don't need to always be so outspoken to everybody. I guess we need to find the balance between being authentic and remaining our true character, but knowing when it's not appropriate to share or be open. Especially with people we don't even know. It is sometimes better to just be silent and protect your own energy, then be misunderstood and hurt by people who do not have the emotional maturity to understand you.
I turn 35 this year, and Hamza has given me the most effective advice on life and self improvement than my Father has, or anyone else in my life for that matter. Thank you for everything you do! 🙏
@Abyss same here. I goofed off a lot in my 20's. Thankfully I got my shit together and started hitting the gym, and then around 27, I went back to school and got a career in IT. But I still struggled to adapt to modern dating and got into some bad relationships. And while I had a good credit score, I wasnt being smart with my money. I'm in a much better place now. It's never too late to turn your life around!

I managed to get two of my friends on self-improvement and I'm forever grateful for that. I did lose some close friends, even my girlfriend, but I still don't think I've ever been happier. Keep going brahs
Bro, for real I only feel a lot of positive emotions when I hear advices from you, it makes me feel like you're my true brother and that I can really trust you. I have a group of close friends (I'm 17) we've engaged conversations about self improvement and things like that, we've even checked together to see who are true friends and who aren't. They are 3, we've been friends since we started talking in high school, I'm in my last year of high school now, they're my buddies and I know that I can trust them, I feel the same emotions I feel when I watch your videos, and I never talked to you I just feel like I can trust you because you've helped me and made me go far. Thanks for your videos
This video came just the right time for me, I am on self improvement for 8 months now and sometimes I talk about my new habits like meditation, reading, journaling, starting a youtube etc. with my friends and they don't understand that, they think life is just about partying and short term gratification. They are going on parties, drinking and I am working on myself, thank you for everything, I learned a lot from you and I will keep coming back. Do the hard work especially when you don't think like it!
Bro, you always need people who spit truths in your face and thankfully my best friend is like that and we can have the most real moments. "Your probably not compatible with the people who are in your life right now" Thank you hamza I needed to hear this. I have been on self improvement for a few months now and I have been studying for The SAT and going to gym. I have also been going on dates with a few girls and honestly I haven't found that connection yet. Maybe I gotta try more...
I really needed this video these days... I'm an 19 yr old introverted fat guy from iraq who got introduced to self improvement thanks to hamza. I started self improvement a year ago, i used to jack off 2 to 3 times a day and eat a huge amount of food (forgot to mention i live with a family of 4 siblings) my life was absolute SHIT and some of you guys might know how the arabic household works.... Basically you need to be a disciplined and reliable person and you're supposed to show no sign of emotional breakdown whatsoever. My strict family can't allow me to do any of the things hamza mentioned in self improvement (reading, gym, journal, etc...) so I'm doing what i can do... I'm cutting on porn and food i relapse quite often but i still do it cause it's either this or being depressed again. I continued along this path however i did the mistake hamza mentioned in the video.. I recommended my "friends" self improvement anddd it didn't go well. My best friend gaslighted the idea saying it was shit and i can't do it, the rest distanced themselves from me. Fast forward today i lost 5 kg (not much) and i can maintain 2 weeks without busting a nut like some junkie. Brothers and sisters if you've read all of this comment i want you to know that YOU'RE NOT ALONE we had our cruel and unfair life but we chose to get off our asses and fix it. DON'T LET ANYONE DOWNGRADE YOU JUST CAUSE THEY FEEL SALTY ABOUT IT, YOU CAN MAKE IT.
About five months ago, I got my friend to start watching Hamza. Before then, I was the only person I knew who was on self improvement, but since I got my friend to start improving, he has grown incredibly, and not only has it helped him, his growth has also allowed me to grow.
Imorovise , adapt and overcome . For the past few months I have been watching you, Hamza and I know for sure I'm improvising phsycially, emotionally , financially everyday little by little . Thanks for all these podcast . By the way the RUclips Play Button looking great .
I find what Hamza has been saying very true. Most of my peers just don’t care about their lives or don’t take things seriously so it’s hard to have an open mature discussion with them. But with everything Hamza has done and how his channel is growing i have noticed that i can find people in the gym or at school that consume similar content as i do and we can really bond therefore. The message of self improvement is spreading thanks to Hamza and i am grateful for it.
i love you hamza. genuinely. i’m 18, i’ve been on self improvement for the last 4 months and i will be honest, i did fail multiple times before that and fell back into bad habits, and i was making a few mistakes and i started correcting things one by one, improving my social life and such, and things are picking up so thank you. like i said im jo im 18 im from london reply to my comment if you want to communicate, im more than happy to :)
Exactly what I needed today. I was feeling so pissed at all these people at my school, and Hamza just cleared everything my mind has thank you man appreciate it.
I appreciate this one man. I got into what I would consider full monk mode for like 7 months, and then had this mistake. Some people actually respected my transition, but many of them complained about it. Pushed me super far back, and I lost my monk mode. I'm onlyn13 good so my judgement skills aren't fully developed. Seeing this has just in a sense lit a fire in me once again.👍Great stuff.
I went from toxic group, people I wasn't compatible with, to straight solitude (I enjoyed it). I trusted the process and now I'm starting to suround myself with more adonis kind of people. Got a beautiful, femenine girlfriend and my group/tribe now is a positive hard working one. Trust the process fellows. There are many people out there who are onto self improvement, none of us are alone in this journey. There's no time to waste with energy drawing people. Greetings from Argentina. Love you Hamza for helping me change my life. Blessings.
I have to break my legs though I am 5'3 and am considering to do LL humanity needs to accept I'm trying my hardest to become liked. I want to be remembered too.
I remember when I got into self improvement in year 10. My friend group size increased, and then when I started to focus on everything else besides social skills, my friend group massively decreased and I have only a few friends. Meanwhile, I managed to gather a group of people online who are like minded, and want me to succeed. I'm glad the ugly aren't attracted to me, as I only want to gather those who value themselves.
@@Alexanderns1 They're not in any specific location. You just have to continually make friends and pick out the ones that hold most of the same values as you.
I’m glad that this topic was covered, I see so many people bring negativity to the whole self improvement movement. Judging anyone who’s not on self improvement instead of helping them, admittedly not everyone can be helped but there’s no need to be rude and arrogant because you’re changing your life, let them fail and focus on yourself.
Hey hamza! Just wanted to say that since I’ve been taking your advice since last year April, I’ve actually been finding more like minded friends and we all push eachother to do better. I’ve had a lot of people freak out when they hear that I go to bed at 8 so I can wake up at 4 to go to early Muay Thai training, but I’ve had my new tribe that have nit only supported me, but will join me in my routines! I’m so grateful to have these friends and I pray that everyone can have friends like these
@@muhammadyafiq9819 Sadly I don't have any advice for now as I'm struggling with the same thing. If I have any advice I'll come back here and let you know.
@@muhammadyafiq9819 Hey bro, to be honest I’d say that when you’re open and honest about who you are any time, people will be able to find and connect with you. My group of friends came from when I brought a mass gainer shake to school and my new friend AJ saw and we just started talkin about powerlifting! Now I consider him a close friend and I’m so grateful. It literally comes out of the blue, but it will come eventually as long as you keep getting to know people and being social. You’ll find ‘em broski 💪💪😎
I’ve searched this question on YT dozens of times. And this time, the perfect video for me to hear was released 1 month ago from now. Not only does this video differ from every other one I’ve seen (and disagreed with, made me feel worse) this video reveals my true path. My close family and couple friends left have constantly left me drained and questioning myself recently. It’s people I spend most days with which makes it burn so bad. I realize now, despite how hard and brutal it may be, the ONLY possible way for me to find happiness is to live authentically AWAY from these people. If anyone else is in this situation, just know I’m in a scary a$$ position as well, because I will have absolutely no one moving on. They all “got to go”, and that will make them hate me way more, but it must be done. Lastly I’ll add, I have never really had people agree with me or accept who I am. I’ve never experienced a friend or girl who’s accepting and admires my traits. So as a hollow shell of a person, please, let me encourage anyone reading this to peruse meaning with the relationships in your life. If you neglect this need, you will stay hollow like me until things change. And the worst part about that is you cannot personally change it, others have to help you. Stay strong y’all
Hamza thank you for opening up my mind to self improvement I’m in my best shape yet though I’m 14 I still follow the people that share and preach the same message I agree that this is a lonely road and not many people in fact almost all people I’m in an environment with we are not compatible or not have anything in common I can’t just be friends with anyone thank you so much.
Bro I'm 24 and from germany and i usally don't comment but i just wanted to say you helped me start my self improvement journey. I always knew i had something missing but i didn't know what it was until i saw your videos. I have been on self improvement for almost 2 months now. All the friends i used to have or have right now are either playing games or degens. I'm looking for likeminded people now who actually embrace self improvement. If anyone sees this and wants to go through it together write here
Hey, I am from Austria. I am on self improvement for a view months now. I think its important to have guys with which you can talk about self improvement. Do you want to get in touch?
Thanks, dude! You really helped me to improve myself, I appreciate what you're doing but I think it is time for me to move on to another level, I feel as if I understand almost all your ideas and lessons (which I didn't understand before), because you helped me develop a healthier mindset. I will keep recommending you to people 'cause I believe you are one of the best coaches on mental health for the Jefferies. Keep doing what you are doing, the world needs people like you. We love you, bro.
Well said mate. I have this problem at my work all the time. I always speak my mind and am confrontational about it, instead of respecting it people gossip about me and before you know it 10 people have an opinion about you based on what one has said. Obviously they have no mind of their own…it’s really uncomfortable knowing people dislike me, I just wish I didn’t care..
you literally dont need to tell anyone you're on self improvement, they dont care and you wont convert them to it. Keep it to yourself and when they see your results then they'll know. Like he said, "think as you are, act as they do"
Never thought I would need this video in the almost 2 years I've been watching you. But lately I've become myself, I don't care people's opinions, I'll say thing as they are, no sugarcoating, I tell the truth every time even if it means losing friends, and I've lost Plenty. I polarized people into either loving or hating me, the same concept I've learnt from here, and at first I felt bad because I had less people to talk to or whatever but I qicukly stopped caring about them, now I only focus on me myself and I. Thank you Hamza, I couldn't imagine where I'd be if I didn't start watching you during the lockdown, you made the biggest difference in my life in the shortest amount of time. Big respect and live from Serbia 🇷🇸 ❤
I came across one of your videos about a month ago and it was about starting a RUclips channel…and the challenge was to start posting videos…I did and stay consistent with it and got over 3k subs 🎉 thank you for the inspiration! 🙏
Beautiful thing about this channel is that we grow with Hamza and jest not just repeating the same shit. It feels like we are on paralell journeys. I promise to be Succesful enough to network bro.
Im a 16 year old girl about to start my last year in high school and for the past few years many people hated me for no reason when I couldn't recall saying/doing something bad but it felt like each action that I took in school was always bad, wrong and offensive because that's what most of my classmates made it look like. I always thought that I was the problem but couldn't figure out how to fix it when I'm already bettering my grades, go to the gym, gonna soon get a promotion at my job in less than a month. I just thought that I was naturally a bad person but never thought about or even considered that THEY could possibly be the problem. This video opened my eyes, thank you Hamza, you just got a new sub ❤❤😊😊
this video hit close to heart recently a really close friend of mine hates me now, we were on a call one day and I started talking about myself and my goal and my self improvement and a day after I changed I became my true self the someone I wanted to be and he didn't like it not just him but everyone didn't like me, but I didn't stop and embraced myself even more and I am thankful that I did that. thank you hamza for your amazing videos.
Spoke a lot about self improvement when i first discovered it, explained it in the best way I could. Lost one friend, strengthened the friendship with another. Polarization is real, be authentic
this is the perfect time for me to see this video. i just lost all my friends and community. long storty short we had an argument because they kept saying saying drugs are good and they "help" them they countered and told me i believe too much of what i see and that i'm an idiot, ect. i've been feeling like maybe i was in the wrong and maybe i should just stay quiet in the future. after watching this i realise that i wasn't in the wrong, nor were they, we're just not compatible. i really needed to hear this, thank you hamza.
Well Something Similar With Me Too , My Friends Always Say That I Take This Self Improvement Stuff Too Seriously And I Get Influenced Too Easily . [Though They Have Seen The Progress I Have Made ]
Damn bro, thats tuff. Hope you find new and better friends. I also have fake friends but im at school so I just have to live with it. Idk if ur in school or not but 0 friends its better than fake ones
I'd suggest to act silently in that situation: If you don't agree with them and there is a strong public opinion on the topic, back away from them without saying a word... It's a more peaceful option
If you're speaking the truth these days it's normal to be hated because the society is a lie, and the truth and lie have never gotten along just like good and evil...
This has definitely been a very tough lesson for me to learn. I’m the kind of guy where if I learn something, I want to share it with others. However when I started to improve my life from 24-30, all I ever got was backlash from people or I’d tell people about what they should work on, or bad habits. Never worked. Came across a few people who agreed, but I had ALOT of arguments, disrespecting certain people. Hamza is right, act like a normal person when your out and about, keep the self improvement journey to yourself and only yourself. Unless you find another person who is into that as well.
yeah, f you are on this video in 2024, you are on good path. In just six months of meditating, journaling, going to the gym(I have trained also a year and half before), doing martial arts, reading and learning video-editing I changed myself from weed-smoker, who was partying, spreading shittalks about Hamza, with low self-esteem to masculine, good looking, grateful, confident, mindful guy, who found his first gf after 19years. I hope that you stay consistent on this path brother, because this will change your life for better. Thank you Hamza
It took me a long time to realize that through self-improvement and by becoming the person I was meant to be, that I can be happy no matter what. 6+ years of loneliness and has caused me to realize that I am happy and fulfilled while alone, while meditating, while becoming somebody great. I've realized I am depressed and weak and worthless conforming to society and conforming to society's indulgent mindset. I would rather have 1 friend who understands me and is on the same journey as me, than 1000 people who do not share my goals and ambitions, who aren't sparkling with joy and love for life.

And also I forgot, my brother is 11 years old and has insulin problems he is overweight by 23 kg when I talked to him about self improvement he replied to me "it's full of crap don't you listen to those kind of people" at the moment I proved him wrong, and rn he is only 11 kg overweight by 3 months I cant believe how people still don't believe in the powers of self improvement

"Your probably not compatible with the people who are in your life right now" something that everyone should know. The literal reason why you think everyone hates you is because these people that you think hates you aren't the right people to hang out with. They are simply just corrupt people. Ever since I’ve got onto self improvement I’ve gotten such good awareness and hamza really gave me the insight on being grateful and I’m so grateful for my friend group who are on self improvement, even if they are trying to beat addictions they see me beat a addiction and they see it as motivation we genuinely love seeing eachother get better every day, even when I don’t play video games with them they still want to hang out me outside of games because they accept my views and they try to get better as well, I’m glad I can use my habits to also benefit my friends and use their growth as well to benefit, I’m extremely grateful for friends that create growth.

Im 15 and ive been going to my new school for half a year now. During the summer, i was so stressed and anxious that nobody would like me. Some people already didnt like me. But that was all because it was my mentality. I realized they didnt actually dislike me and the world is actually a much better place as i went to school more and more. Now i have a great social circle with tons of friends. Life really is good now. My main message would to not overthink anything, nothing is as bad as it seems. Nobody actually dislikes u. Be urself
I think Hamza, is the only one in RUclips who knows the reality of life and the modern world, and he's not afraid to say what is True. You have changed my mindset and life. Can't describe how thankful i am of your work. Love u Bro
Luckily, when I get into talks with my mates or even one girl from my year, we can have good discussions and they are even quite of my opinion. I was very surprised when she, yesterday evening at a birthday party, considered a body count of 3 high when we were discussing how promiscuous many of the girls are. I got quite a glimpse of hope. But talking about SI is gonna be a mistake if you have a weak social circle. But I personally have started to link them Hamza's channel and told them that "the way of the superior man" is necessary for them and that they should just trust me and listen to the spotify playlist. In the end, you dont know if they will really do it even if they say "yeah bro I will listen to it". What else can you do... And I have even brought up Tate once or twice, but since everyone knows me to always tell the truth and be wise for my age, they are then kind of surprised that I enjoy Tate and I am still good with all of them. If you have a very good reputation and then you say that you like Tate, at least for me it wasnt that I got hate for it, but rather that they get that sense of "oh maybe Tate really isnt that bad if HE, the guy that always is so handsome and comfortable to be around, likes Tate". But again, that only worked in my case because I knew that I have made myself a very good reputation and so on. Thats why I didnt get hated and maintained or even raised my respect from them. Update 1 day later: I am getting cancelled on twitter for saying in a youtube comment that I like Tate
in every Adonis, there was a little Jeffrey holding him back at one point in time. Let's all strive to become better versions of ourselves. Thank you Hamza
I don't know where else to ask this other than here, and I doubt i'm going to get an answer, but I have a question that's been on my mind recently. After I found your video on purpose, I felt myself way more gravitated towards going outside rather than staying inside and playing video games mindlessly, like I used to for more than a year now. I'm going outside playing football which i believe is my current layer of purpose, and always trying to work hard so that i can feel satisfied after hitting all my practicing goals for the day. Needless to say, despite my current life situation still being kind of jeffrey-like (I still find myself playing video games for more than 2 hours a day sometimes, especially now that i cant train since i hurt myself by accident on school), it's way better than before, but I've faced a huge puzzle on what to do and what to not do. I have a sister who is almost like my best friend to me, and It's always great to spend time with her from day to day, but she is very indulged in instant gratification activities such as social media, and video games. Something I try to avoid. Me and her also play video games together during our free-time, and despite me telling her that although i like spending time with her, I really don't want to spend time by playing video games or any sort of distracting internet activity, and when she told our mother about it, my mother told me that i should be spending time with her, despite me not wanting to play video games and social media. There's alot more personal stuff wrapped into this, which i don't feel quite comfortable adressing, not due to it being bad, just because i don't feel comfortable adressing them, but this is a very basic explanation of the situation. I don't know what to do, because if I stop playing video games with her, she will feel more lonely (especially due to her having mental problems IRL), but at the same time i want to quit video games altogether and focus on what matters. I'm just worried about what could happen if I simply stop playing video games with her. Will everything just get worse? If you have any idea on what i should do in this situation, please reply. I think I might be able to figure out a solution on my own, but if you have any suggestions, i would like for you to let me know. And also if you're on self improvement and want to maybe be friends, you can also reply below. I'm 14 btw. Best regards to whoever is reading this. I would write more, but i have to go for dinner.
Consider asking your sister to suggest other things she'd like to do with you that aren't related to video games. let your sister and mother suggest things and guide them in the direction you want through questioning. keep your family close but absolutely do not compromise on your values. if you can lead by example in fitness etc, there is a good chance your family will follow suit or at least show an interest. also, you can't force a relationship with your sister. i am of the beief that if you couldn't be happy and content sitting and talking with someone for an hour, then something isnt compatible, or you need to connect more deeply, or ask better questions etc. hope this helps man

Hamza your videos have saved my life, I am only 15 and I started listening to you when I was 14 ish. You were kind of my first "redpill/manosphere" RUclips channel. Your advice has stopped me from being a lazy bitch and turned me into a better version of myself, there is still room for improvement but I am certainly grateful to you and I am continuously improving upon myself and trying to be the most competent, best version of myself. This comes from the bottom of my heart, thank you and I hope you the best in your life.
This video is so true. I’ve never talked down on others, but there are people in my past who’ve talked shit about me being focused on the gym and improving. I removed these people from my life and it’s been for the better.
I need advice, I'm Very young (like middle school young) and I am watching hamza and doing workouts and meditation and all that, and so I have been doing dopamine detox and recently I had a breakdown were I cried for like 1 hours about school and life and shit. Under these circumstances, Im doubtful if I should continue.
If doing workouts and watching these kind of videos don’t make you happy , then just don’t. Do what makes you happy. Sometimes when I watch these vids , it makes me feel like I’m more worthy and am actually trying , but at the end of the day , I would’ve rathered just drawing , or singing or like doing stuff I actually enjoy for fun. Don’t stress self improvement , it’ll come (I’m also young)

This is one of the best videos you’ve ever made, Hamza. I remember clearly how my friends reacted when I started eating clean. If you die tonight, do you know where you're going? Did you know that Jesus Christ is THE Truth, the life and the only way to Heaven?
Revelation 20:15 ''Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.''
Through Jesus Christ, God offers you a FREE gift - forgiveness. All you need to do is repent, turn away from your sins and evil ways,
from now on put your faith completely in Jesus Christ and be obedient to Him.
Biblical explanation of the Gospel:
God doesn’t want anybody in hell, but you must understand why
we deserve hell and why those who refuse to live under His authority will go
there. He gave us the law (Ten Commandments) not to make us righteous, but
rather to show us our sin (Romans 3:20). God gave us free will and since Adam
sinned in the garden, sin is the nature of our flesh and we ALL have sinned. (Romans 3:23)
The law demands death to those who sin (Romans 6:23). Since we have all sinned, we all deserve hell.
Revelation 21:8 says that all liars will go to hell. Yes, even if you have lied once in your life, you are sentenced to hell - that's how
high God's standards are of moral perfection because God is holy and righteous, there is not one sin in Him.
For someone to be justified before holy God they have to be sinless, that's why everyone need Jesus Christ
- for He lived a sinless life, died on the cross and rose from the dead on the third day.
None of us are good in God’s eyes, because for God good means moral perfection. We all
have broken God’s commandments, we all have sinned in our lives so none of us
are good. ‘’For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is
guilty of breaking all of it.’’ (James 2:10). Our carnal mind is hostile to God; it does not submit
to God's moral law and it never will (Romans 8:7). We hate the thought of God for the same reason a criminal
hates a policeman - we know we have sinned against God and are guilty of it and we don't want to be damned.
No good works will ever save you. You can't earn salvation by good works, because God will judge us for our sin.
Good News is that Jesus Christ lived a perfect, holy, sinless life and He died for our sins according to the Scriptures,
He was buried and He was raised from the dead on the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever
believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.’’ (John 3:16)
We aren’t saved by our good works, but only by the grace of God through faith in Christ.
''For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God -
not by works, so that no one can boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
Jesus said ‘’it is finished’’ (John 19:30) just before He died on the cross, which means He paid the fine for our sins
(past, present, future) to be forgiven only IF we repent and trust in Him.
This is how you can get saved from sin and hell - repent of your sins and trust in Jesus Christ. Get to know Him
by reading God's Word.
So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him.” (Luke 11:13)
''What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not!'' (Romans 6:15)
''Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out'' (Acts 3:19)
Repentance is a turning away from sin and all evil works, and it always results in changed behavior (Luke 3:8).
Biblically, a person who repents does not continue willfully in sin.
While sorrow from sin is not equivalent to repentance, it is certainly an element of scriptural repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10).
Do not play a hypocrite. ''God is light; in Him there is no darkness at all.
If we claim to have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.'' (1 John 1:5-6)
(John 3:3) Jesus replied, "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again."
If you have repented and have genuine faith in Jesus Christ then you will receive the gift of Holy Spirit and be born-again spiritually.
When you believed, you were marked in Him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance
until the redemption of those who are God’s possession - to the praise of His glory. (Ephesians 1:13-14)
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him. (John 3:36)
''You will know them by their fruits'' (Matthew 7)
If you have been truly born-again with the Holy Spirit and He has regenerated your heart, you will desire righteousnes -
to do what is good and righteous in God's eyes, to seek God everyday in His Word and prayer, to strengthen your relationship with God.
You will no longer desire to willfully continue living in sin but will want to obey God out of your love for Him because of His amazing grace
revealed to us through the death and resurrection of His Son.
''Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.'' (2 Corinthians 5:17)
''For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.'' (Eph 2:10)
You will have a testimony - of what your life had been before and how has it changed now when you have surrendered it to Lord Jesus Christ.
As a declaration and affirmation of your faith in Jesus Christ, get baptised in water because He commanded us to do so.
In John 3:5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.''
''Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit'' (Matthew 28:19)
''Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.'' (Acts 2:41)
''And this water symbolizes the baptism that now saves you also - not the removal of dirt from the body,
but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God - through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,'' (1 Peter 3:21)
''We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that,
just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.'' (Romans 6:4)
''Having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God,
who raised him from the dead.'' (Colossians 2:12)
Please get right with God and get to know Jesus Christ personally today before it’s too late, because there’s not much time left!
"But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.’’ (Mark 13:32)
Get to know Christ through God's Word - Bible. At first I recommend reading Gospel of John and book of Romans. God bless you!

What I forget is that people feel resentment in when they see someone improve. Because their own ego doesn’t like that they’re doing better than them.

Hey bro
I'm 18 too
Also on my self improvement journey :)

I’ve been a fan ever since March of last year, and it’s been the best year of my life. Thank you so much brother
I’m a woman but this message resonates 😢
I went from toxic group, people I wasn't compatible with, to straight solitude (I enjoyed it). I trusted the process and now I'm starting to suround myself with more adonis kind of people. Got a beautiful, femenine girlfriend and my group/tribe now is a positive hard working one.
Trust the process fellows. There are many people out there who are onto self improvement, none of us are alone in this journey. There's no time to waste with energy drawing people.

How can I find like minded Online ?

Stay strong y’all
Hamza thank you for opening up my mind to self improvement I’m in my best shape yet though I’m 14 I still follow the people that share and preach the same message

In a world where we are so connected people have never felt so alone.
you literally dont need to tell anyone you're on self improvement, they dont care and you wont convert them to it. Keep it to yourself and when they see your results then they'll know. Like he said, "think as you are, act as they do"
hamza you've changed my life, I haven't been taking steps, and I've been watching you since 2 years now, I have finally started ti change
Bro this man is saying so much truth

Polarization is real, be authentic
this is the perfect time for me to see this video.
i just lost all my friends and community.
long storty short we had an argument because they kept saying saying drugs are good and they "help" them
they countered and told me i believe too much of what i see and that i'm an idiot, ect.
i've been feeling like maybe i was in the wrong and maybe i should just stay quiet in the future.
after watching this i realise that i wasn't in the wrong, nor were they, we're just not compatible.
i really needed to hear this, thank you hamza.
Well your friends were wrong lmao
We are grateful to have you bro ❤
thank you for all the help I hope this makes your day and remember😂 do the hard work even if you don’t feel like it

"Your probably not compatible with the people who are in your life right now" something that everyone should know.
The literal reason why you think everyone hates you is because these people that you think hates you aren't the right people to hang out with. They are simply just corrupt people. This is why I am grateful Hamza exists, a simple quote can impact so many lives 📈

Love u Bro
Do the hard work special when you don't feel like it 😃
Luckily, when I get into talks with my mates or even one girl from my year, we can have good discussions and they are even quite of my opinion.
Everyone needs to here this we all need people that are brutally honest
Im really really really grateful for coming in this community that is changing my live to betterment
Consider asking your sister to suggest other things she'd like to do with you that aren't related to video games. let your sister and mother suggest things and guide them in the direction you want through questioning. keep your family close but absolutely do not compromise on your values. if you can lead by example in fitness etc, there is a good chance your family will follow suit or at least show an interest. also, you can't force a relationship with your sister. i am of the beief that if you couldn't be happy and content sitting and talking with someone for an hour, then something isnt compatible, or you need to connect more deeply, or ask better questions etc. hope this helps man
@@brillywilly2998 this is good advice
