If you die tonight, do you know where you're going? Did you know that Jesus Christ is THE Truth, the life and the only way to Heaven?
Revelation 20:15 ''Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.''
Through Jesus Christ, God offers you a FREE gift - forgiveness. All you need to do is repent, turn away from your sins and evil ways,
from now on put your faith completely in Jesus Christ and be obedient to Him.
      Biblical explanation of the Gospel:
God doesn’t want anybody in hell, but you must understand why
we deserve hell and why those who refuse to live under His authority will go
there. He gave us the law (Ten Commandments) not to make us righteous, but
rather to show us our sin (Romans 3:20). God gave us free will and since Adam
sinned in the garden, sin is the nature of our flesh and we ALL have sinned. (Romans 3:23)
The law demands death to those who sin (Romans 6:23). Since we have all sinned, we all deserve hell.
Revelation 21:8 says that all liars will go to hell. Yes, even if you have lied once in your life, you are sentenced to hell - that's how
high God's standards are of moral perfection because God is holy and righteous, there is not one sin in Him.
For someone to be justified before holy God they have to be sinless, that's why everyone need Jesus Christ
      - for He lived a sinless life, died on the cross and rose from the dead on the third day.
None of us are good in God’s eyes, because for God good means moral perfection. We all
have broken God’s commandments, we all have sinned in our lives so none of us
are good. ‘’For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is
guilty of breaking all of it.’’ (James 2:10). Our carnal mind is hostile to God; it does not submit
to God's moral law and it never will (Romans 8:7). We hate the thought of God for the same reason a criminal
hates a policeman - we know we have sinned against God and are guilty of it and we don't want to be damned.
No good works will ever save you. You can't earn salvation by good works, because God will judge us for our sin.
Good News is that Jesus Christ lived a perfect, holy, sinless life and He died for our sins according to the Scriptures,
He was buried and He was raised from the dead on the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever
believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.’’ (John 3:16)
We aren’t saved by our good works, but only by the grace of God through faith in Christ.
''For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God -
not by works, so that no one can boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
Jesus said ‘’it is finished’’ (John 19:30) just before He died on the cross, which means He paid the fine for our sins
(past, present, future) to be forgiven only IF we repent and trust in Him.
This is how you can get saved from sin and hell - repent of your sins and trust in Jesus Christ. Get to know Him
      by reading God's Word.
So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him.” (Luke 11:13)
''What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not!'' (Romans 6:15)
''Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out'' (Acts 3:19)
Repentance is a turning away from sin and all evil works, and it always results in changed behavior (Luke 3:8).
Biblically, a person who repents does not continue willfully in sin.
While sorrow from sin is not equivalent to repentance, it is certainly an element of scriptural repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10).
Do not play a hypocrite. ''God is light; in Him there is no darkness at all.
If we claim to have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.'' (1 John 1:5-6)
(John 3:3) Jesus replied, "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again."
If you have repented and have genuine faith in Jesus Christ then you will receive the gift of Holy Spirit and be born-again spiritually.
When you believed, you were marked in Him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance
until the redemption of those who are God’s possession - to the praise of His glory. (Ephesians 1:13-14)
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him. (John 3:36)
''You will know them by their fruits'' (Matthew 7)
If you have been truly born-again with the Holy Spirit and He has regenerated your heart, you will desire righteousnes -
to do what is good and righteous in God's eyes, to seek God everyday in His Word and prayer, to strengthen your relationship with God.
You will no longer desire to willfully continue living in sin but will want to obey God out of your love for Him because of His amazing grace
revealed to us through the death and resurrection of His Son.
''Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.'' (2 Corinthians 5:17)
''For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.'' (Eph 2:10)
You will have a testimony - of what your life had been before and how has it changed now when you have surrendered it to Lord Jesus Christ.
As a declaration and affirmation of your faith in Jesus Christ, get baptised in water because He commanded us to do so.
In John 3:5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.''
''Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit'' (Matthew 28:19)
''Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.'' (Acts 2:41)
''And this water symbolizes the baptism that now saves you also - not the removal of dirt from the body,
but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God - through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,'' (1 Peter 3:21)
''We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that,
just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.'' (Romans 6:4)
''Having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God,
who raised him from the dead.'' (Colossians 2:12)
Please get right with God and get to know Jesus Christ personally today before it’s too late, because there’s not much time left!
"But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.’’ (Mark 13:32)
Get to know Christ through God's Word - Bible. At first I recommend reading Gospel of John and book of Romans. God bless you!
Jeremiah 29:13 - ''You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.''

I have a group of close friends (I'm 17) we've engaged conversations about self improvement and things like that, we've even checked together to see who are true friends and who aren't. They are 3, we've been friends since we started talking in high school, I'm in my last year of high school now, they're my buddies and I know that I can trust them, I feel the same emotions I feel when I watch your videos, and I never talked to you I just feel like I can trust you because you've helped me and made me go far. Thanks for your videos

This video came just the right time for me, I am on self improvement for 8 months now and sometimes I talk about my new habits like meditation, reading, journaling, starting a youtube etc. with my friends and they don't understand that, they think life is just about partying and short term gratification. They are going on parties, drinking and I am working on myself, thank you for everything, I learned a lot from you and I will keep coming back. Bro, you always need people who spit truths in your face and thankfully my best friend is like that and we can have the most real moments. "Your probably not compatible with the people who are in your life right now" Thank you hamza I needed to hear this. I have been on self improvement for a few months now and I have been studying for The SAT and going to gym. I have also been going on dates with a few girls and honestly I haven't found that connection yet. Maybe I gotta try more...

I really needed this video these days... I'm an 19 yr old introverted fat guy from iraq who got introduced to self improvement thanks to hamza. I started self improvement a year ago, i used to jack off 2 to 3 times a day and eat a huge amount of food (forgot to mention i live with a family of 4 siblings) my life was absolute SHIT and some of you guys might know how the arabic household works.... Basically you need to be a disciplined and reliable person and you're supposed to show no sign of emotional breakdown whatsoever. My strict family can't allow me to do any of the things hamza mentioned in self improvement (reading, gym, journal, etc...) so I'm doing what i can do... I'm cutting on porn and food i relapse quite often but i still do it cause it's either this or being depressed again.
I continued along this path however i did the mistake hamza mentioned in the video.. I recommended my "friends" self improvement anddd it didn't go well. My best friend gaslighted the idea saying it was shit and i can't do it, the rest distanced themselves from me. Fast forward today i lost 5 kg (not much) and i can maintain 2 weeks without busting a nut like some junkie.
Brothers and sisters if you've read all of this comment i want you to know that YOU'RE NOT ALONE we had our cruel and unfair life but we chose to get off our asses and fix it.
DON'T LET ANYONE DOWNGRADE YOU JUST CAUSE THEY FEEL SALTY ABOUT IT, YOU CAN MAKE IT.

I’ve searched this question on YT dozens of times. And this time, the perfect video for me to hear was released 1 month ago from now. Not only does this video differ from every other one I’ve seen (and disagreed with, made me feel worse) this video reveals my true path. My close family and couple friends left have constantly left me drained and questioning myself recently. It’s people I spend most days with which makes it burn so bad. I realize now, despite how hard and brutal it may be, the ONLY possible way for me to find happiness is to live authentically AWAY from these people. If anyone else is in this situation, just know I’m in a scary a$$ position as well, because I will have absolutely no one moving on. They all “got to go”, and that will make them hate me way more, but it must be done. Lastly I’ll add, I have never really had people agree with me or accept who I am. I’ve never experienced a friend or girl who’s accepting and admires my traits. So as a hollow shell of a person, please, let me encourage anyone reading this to peruse meaning with the relationships in your life. If you neglect this need, you will stay hollow like me until things change. And the worst part about that is you cannot personally change it, others have to help you. Stay strong y’all

Im 15 and ive been going to my new school for half a year now. During the summer, i was so stressed and anxious that nobody would like me. Some people already didnt like me. But that was all because it was my mentality. I realized they didnt actually dislike me and the world is actually a much better place as i went to school more and more. Now i have a great social circle with tons of friends. Life really is good now. My main message would to not overthink anything, nothing is as bad as it seems. Nobody actually dislikes u. Be urself

Luckily, when I get into talks with my mates or even one girl from my year, we can have good discussions and they are even quite of my opinion.
I was very surprised when she, yesterday evening at a birthday party, considered a body count of 3 high when we were discussing how promiscuous many of the girls are.
I got quite a glimpse of hope.
But talking about SI is gonna be a mistake if you have a weak social circle.
But I personally have started to link them Hamza's channel and told them that "the way of the superior man" is necessary for them and that they should just trust me and listen to the spotify playlist.
In the end, you dont know if they will really do it even if they say "yeah bro I will listen to it".
    What else can you do...
And I have even brought up Tate once or twice, but since everyone knows me to always tell the truth and be wise for my age, they are then kind of surprised that I enjoy Tate and I am still good with all of them. If you have a very good reputation and then you say that you like Tate, at least for me it wasnt that I got hate for it, but rather that they get that sense of "oh maybe Tate really isnt that bad if HE, the guy that always is so handsome and comfortable to be around, likes Tate".
But again, that only worked in my case because I knew that I have made myself a very good reputation and so on. Thats why I didnt get hated and maintained or even raised my respect from them.
Update 1 day later: I am getting cancelled on twitter for saying in a youtube comment that I like Tate

I don't know where else to ask this other than here, and I doubt i'm going to get an answer, but I have a question that's been on my mind recently.
After I found your video on purpose, I felt myself way more gravitated towards going outside rather than staying inside and playing video games mindlessly, like I used to for more than a year now. I'm going outside playing football which i believe is my current layer of purpose, and always trying to work hard so that i can feel satisfied after hitting all my practicing goals for the day.
Needless to say, despite my current life situation still being kind of jeffrey-like (I still find myself playing video games for more than 2 hours a day sometimes, especially now that i cant train since i hurt myself by accident on school), it's way better than before, but I've faced a huge puzzle on what to do and what to not do.
I have a sister who is almost like my best friend to me, and It's always great to spend time with her from day to day, but she is very indulged in instant gratification activities such as social media, and video games. Something I try to avoid. Me and her also play video games together during our free-time, and despite me telling her that although i like spending time with her, I really don't want to spend time by playing video games or any sort of distracting internet activity, and when she told our mother about it, my mother told me that i should be spending time with her, despite me not wanting to play video games and social media.
There's alot more personal stuff wrapped into this, which i don't feel quite comfortable adressing, not due to it being bad, just because i don't feel comfortable adressing them, but this is a very basic explanation of the situation.
I don't know what to do, because if I stop playing video games with her, she will feel more lonely (especially due to her having mental problems IRL), but at the same time i want to quit video games altogether and focus on what matters. I'm just worried about what could happen if I simply stop playing video games with her. Will everything just get worse?
If you have any idea on what i should do in this situation, please reply. I think I might be able to figure out a solution on my own, but if you have any suggestions, i would like for you to let me know. And also if you're on self improvement and want to maybe be friends, you can also reply below. I'm 14 btw.
Best regards to whoever is reading this. I would write more, but i have to go for dinner.

Consider asking your sister to suggest other things she'd like to do with you that aren't related to video games. let your sister and mother suggest things and guide them in the direction you want through questioning. keep your family close but absolutely do not compromise on your values. if you can lead by example in fitness etc, there is a good chance your family will follow suit or at least show an interest. also, you can't force a relationship with your sister. i am of the beief that if you couldn't be happy and content sitting and talking with someone for an hour, then something isnt compatible, or you need to connect more deeply, or ask better questions etc. hope this helps man

Hamza your videos have saved my life, I am only 15 and I started listening to you when I was 14 ish. You were kind of my first "redpill/manosphere" RUclips channel. Your advice has stopped me from being a lazy bitch and turned me into a better version of myself, there is still room for improvement but I am certainly grateful to you and I am continuously improving upon myself and trying to be the most competent, best version of myself. This comes from the bottom of my heart, thank you and I hope you the best in your life.

If doing workouts and watching these kind of videos don’t make you happy , then just don’t. Do what makes you happy.
Sometimes when I watch these vids , it makes me feel like I’m more worthy and am actually trying , but at the end of the day , I would’ve rathered just drawing , or singing or like doing stuff I actually enjoy for fun.
Don’t stress self improvement , it’ll come (I’m also young)
