Dude I'm using ur raiding odin's strategy, but with Kronos rush going to classical age at 2:30 and training turmas really quickly to harrass opponent's villagers, is completly fun! I'm learning a lot with you man, thank you so much!
The first person really elevates this even more. To have a high level player commentate on a game is already golden, but to listen to your thoughts while you're playing is the absolute best for studying the game! Thank you so much!

3 things - i as a noob - want to ask/mention
1) You did not went for unit upgrades, is there a rule of thumb for you when to get these?
2) Maybe you are over cautious with the TC now because of recently bad experiences? the 2nd TC bot there was fine imo, because this game you did not overpush and so you can just translate your advantage into a second tc
3) i didnt know u streamed, i followed you on twitch but havent seen you on there yet, do you have a regular schedule?

1) I didn’t feel like I had enough economy to add anymore upgrades in, but I did get medium and bite of the shark, I should have definitely added armory upgrades later on.
2) it’s possible it was fine but I’ve just had so many bad experiences take a tc, in most games it just feels like it’s better to get mythic than take a tc, however my opinion might change as I keep playing
3) yeah I try to stream after work so around 6pm est, however on days when I’ve had a really rough day I skip!

I'm very new and you honestly made me love this game more than i ever did, just the sheer amount of strategy and knowledge + chill content is refreshing. Also bonus that despite having garbage apm watching your vid made me go crazy apm while browsing on my pc lmao

I was thinking something like HRE on AoEIV, stick the Oracles on towers and they get extra vision and DMG.

great video once again! one thing i have not seen used is the gaia tech for movement speed on lush works like creep in sc2 abit yeah? altough more difficult to set up but it seems pretty handy in a game u need to move and react with ur military. like cav on lush move really fast with that tech!

What are some good ways to leverage Gaia in team games? So far I've just been booming while my teammate(s) go early aggression and then finish out the game once I'm at mass. Love this format by the way, you are very concise and clear with what you do and why. Good Job :)

Magic, I see that you create groups among troops quickly, and can manage them masterfully during, any tips on how to do this? I'm new to the game.
Theres a new feature in this game that i wanted for so long lol, put your unit in a group, then put your rally point on said unit and they would automatically get added to that group, if you have multiple unit double click unit to select all of them then add them to group
I use mostly the 'select all military' hotkey and the 'find all idle military hotkey', I went over it in one of the setting videos early on but I think this is an important topic, I should cover it again at some point!
I also use 'select all heroes' and 'select all ranged units' these hotkeys are built into the game, I have them positioned on my mouse. (i'll cover it for you when I get a chance later)

Can you suggest how you would punish people that go two tc as gaia? So like they go 0 army, throw up the tc instant they hit classical, and then just let their tc/towers and god powers protect them and then build up to a stronger heroic. I struggle to counter that.
Prevent them from taking external hunt, some gods can siege them down like Zeus with restoration and other civs might have to take a second tc themselves

Thanks for the video! I noticed you didn't bind your units to any control group at all. Is this merely a habit or is there any reason?
It’s because I have find keys on my keyboard, for example I use find all archers and find all heroes, I also use find all mill and find idle mill
the galadria trick aggroing archer fire is very useful and makes the archers pretty useless if the enemy doesnt micro. Same thing with rams aggoring arrow fire in AOE2
I'm going two TCs from now on when facing Gaia!

this program called epic pen, there’s a free version but the one I use I think is $5 a month
Do you ever go leto as gaia? I like him for pierce armor vs hades and it's nice to revive your automatons in defensive 1 tc vs 2 scenario.
I tried him but I prefer Oceanus a lot more, better murmillo really help, and the Carnivora and caladria are both great
When it comes to making control groups, do you just group all of your villagers and soldiers in 1 and 2? if so, how do you do that?

Yeah it seems that way at the moment, but it also depends on the match up, if you have a civ like hades or Poseidon they can take a tc no problem
no DLC new gods chinese and chinese mythology addons have appeared in that game yet is the studio dropping the Chinese Gods from the DLC add-on this year or saving it for later, maybe they are waiting for the new year, what do you think bro

With Ra is it better to early 2TC or fast heroic into some kind of push?
I think both options work, depends on the match up, if you can safely take a tc I’d do that and then go heroic
why do you prefer behemoths to destroyers? Is there particular reason? Cause I rarely see people building destroyers in videos
I prefer destroyers overall, behemoths are just to try and end the game quick and kill him, not sure it's the best move though

It seemed pretty okay actually, as long as you micro well and choose your battles correctly, but I need more games to really be sure
I am new - What is the best food order? I usually go Hunt, berries and then farm or is that wrong?
Hunt -> chicken -> berries -> goats/pigs -> farms usually

yeah, and then oceanus also gets bite of the shark for murmillos and canivora which are great options

Hey I use around 10,000 I believe on my mouse, I use to have an apm counter, I can add that back if people wanna see it

10k! That’s pretty unique. Isn’t that really high for RTS? I’ve found most people use 1k - 2k. Do you feel it’s better? Yeah I’d be interested in seeing a apm counter. I saw it on beastyqt stream thought it was cool to see. Anyway great videos magic look forward to more content this is one best aom channels out there.
