For the people in the comments, part of the aesthetics of their body is due to their genes, I do not intend to believe that by eating or exercising like her they will have that body, because it is bioogically impossible, since we all have different DNA, which leads to being totally different from each other, including the physical.
Statements like: "it only is dns" comes mainly from people (like me) not willing to eat healthy or working out, searching for excuses to feel better about them selfs.

Im not expecting to change minds of others and everybody can say what they want, but to me is something very imporatn to say and remained that how they look is all right, to people that are happend the same as me, and maybe being confort to them

I have sriracha socks also :-) Here are a couple of suggestions if you want to try new things: I like to shred carrot with a handled vegetable shredder I got at an Asian grocery store. It seems faster and safer than the grater. For backsquats, its so cool that you have a rack in your room! I prefer to lift inside of the rack for safety. You can lower the silver horizontal bars down to be a bit lower than you intend the bar to go then if you fall while lifting in the rack, the bar lands on the safety bars instead of on your body!
