- Happy Anniversary to us!! The weather was forecast to be rather cold and nasty out, but the universe gave us a beautiful sunny day instead so we took full advantage! We headed out to Purtis Creek State Park and walked the gentle trails for a few hours. It was a wonderful visit and we thoroughly enjoyed getting back outside to celebrate. Definitely give Purtis Creek State Park a visit!

Beautiful day to visit another Texas state park. Spring is the most beautiful time in Texas, I think. I just left Texas on me across country Amtrak and Bike adventure. I visited San Antonio. You guys have already done a lot of state parks but still half to go in Texas. After that, you can choose some other state like Florida :)

We did!!! It's way back in the beginning of our parks adventure. Maybe park 8? We absolutely loved it there! If I remember correctly, we actually did three vlogs there because we went for three days. It was AMAZING!
nice video,,,,you guys ought to consider getting some sort of RV, ( hea,,,,you've been to europe,,,,a cheap used RV ought to be in the cards ! ), if you had a RV, you could stay overnight at a park and get that 'sticker' stamp thing the next morning !
Thanks! As nice as an RV would be, getting another tent would probably be the better option. Our trip to Wales was funded by a lot of travel hacking and credit cards 🤣
