    "To be a group of Men and Women that care deeply for each other, honor one another, are transparent and build relationships that change people's lives..." Now that's a mission statement.👍
    What a clean and organized factory! Thanks for the tour - C@rl 's in good hands and will be in tip top shape for Florida Christmas camping!
    (Truman's making more friends, isn't he? Lol!)
    Safe travels, happy smoking and see you #ondowntheroad 💜

    The plaque on the wall says so much about the quality of the products these people produce. It’s a mission statement that gives a customer peace of mind! Thanks for this inside view of what goes into their trailers. I’ll be interested to see your “after the spa” video....

      I would totally agree with you about that plaque....and they live it too!! We are so impressed with NuCamp RV as an organization.

    Wow! I’m so glad I did business with them. They’re only an hour away from us, and they were great to work with. How reassuring to see both the construction process and the values of the company.
    It was also fun to see you driving through areas we’ve loved for years. Sometime I hope we will meet you. You’ve been so much fun to watch and so helpful.

    Patrick and Patty, thanks to the both of you. You definitely made it easy for us to choose NuCamp and to learn how to operate all the T@B 400 systems. Great tour of the factory, I hope to get a tour when we attend the meet-up!

    Can you buy direct from the factory?

    • @TravelswithDelaney
      @TravelswithDelaney  5 лет назад +2

      Karen R I believe you have to work through a dealer but the dealer can place an order for the trailer you want.

    Very Clean factory, very efficient operation and we would love to view it. Not really that far away as we are up in Ontario, may have to pull a trip!

    Great video. Now if your looking for something to this weekend could you please go back to the factory. The project is as follows. At 2 minutes 7 seconds in you filmed a lot full of RVs. One was yellow but I couldn’t tell if it was a T@B or a T@G. Thanks for going back. Again great video.

    It has to be hard to leave Carl but he will be better for it. Do you use a dash cam or your phone for the driving shots? I am researching dash cams and your videos don't have that bubble eye look out the windshield.

    Why I do not see your 400 when you drove back? You returned it?

    • @TravelswithDelaney
      @TravelswithDelaney  5 лет назад +1

      We left it to get some warranty work done and to get some upgrades. This week's video shows everything that they did to it.

  • @cdosj
    @cdosj 5 лет назад +1

    Hey Patrick...what happened to your window and your floor? I ask because I own a Tab400 for 2 months now.

    • @TravelswithDelaney
      @TravelswithDelaney  5 лет назад

      There were 2 months last year during production where the factory had an issue with the sub flooring. Trailers made in I believe Nov & Dec of 2017 are starting to have floors buckling. NuCamp is bringing those affected trailers back to the factory and fixing them. Our front window had scratches on the inside of the panes so they are replacing it with a new one.

    • @cdosj
      @cdosj 5 лет назад +1

      Thanks for the info..Was your floor buckling or you just brought it in to have it replaced because you heard about issues?

    • @TravelswithDelaney
      @TravelswithDelaney  5 лет назад

      @@cdosj our floor was actually buckling in a couple of different spots. One long buckle from about the midpoint of the door all the way to the bathroom wall and another one about mid kitchen to the bathroom/closet wall.

    “Routers and C & C machines, they are now responsible for cutting out the pieces of cabinetry” ..no longer hand built by the Amish, then?

    • @TravelswithDelaney
      @TravelswithDelaney  3 года назад

      The primarily Amish staff finish and assemble everything. The C & C machines are used to cut items to ensure a very consistent build with tighter tolerances in construction.

    Thanks for the tour! Do you think all the T@Bs outside are pre-orders, or campers for sale?

    • @TravelswithDelaney
      @TravelswithDelaney  5 лет назад +1

      Actually those were ones at the service center. They were either there for repairs, warranty work or customer requested upgrades. The new inventory was out back. I took the drone in hopes of getting a fly over but the weather just wasn't cooperating that day.

    • @Debbie_T_FL
      @Debbie_T_FL 5 лет назад +1

      Do you have to take the T@B all the way to the Service Center in Ohio for warranty work or is there another option?

    • @TravelswithDelaney
      @TravelswithDelaney  5 лет назад +2

      Debbie Tennant Dealers should be able to do most warranty. It was just about as close for us to go to the factory as it was to a dealer.
