Such a beautiful space and it’s great to hear they managed to progress and have a good year even during this pandemic. Two very classy suits worn also. Cheers.
Very nice video, with knowledgeable gentlemen discussing a very interesting subject. Your videos are an oasis in videos with people that do not know what they are talking about. Thanking you!
Can attest to Eric's brilliance as a tailor. Actually gets his hands dirty in the work as well. Cant say enough about having a master tailor in the us who does bench made work and is not a travelling "tailor."
Wish i knew you were here in NYC. Loved to have met you and talk about style and fashion. Working at Bloomingdale's Mens Suiting would be great to learn more from you
I have always believed that one of the best ways to silently display good manners in urban settings is through appropriate dress and grooming. I could never afford a bespoke suit but I am glad there are those who can. It sets a high standard worthy of imitation. Much continued success to Sartoria Gallo, Eric Jensen and Kirby!
Hi mr. Allison, I like the video content you make but something got me wondering: Any cobbler that has his workplace close to where I live refuses to patch my heel with leather and instead patches the heel with rubber while you keep stressing that a good shoe has a leather sole. Should I try and find a cobbler abroad? Or is perhaps a rubber heel fine? Note that where I live, I am dealing with a lot of rainy weather, strengthening the reasoning of my local cobblers to use rubber for extra grip.
The actual tailoring and sewing is done in Rome. Does seem kind of crazy to send it all the way back there. They must have some real control freaks running that operation
Question for you ? Love your channel! But my question is my Daughter is getting married in November and I’m thinking of a nice black suit , not a Tux. Thoughts on this ? Can I make that work?
Me personally, I would. Black is one of those colors that if it complements you, then absolutely run with it. Especially males with black hair. A black suit works extremely well.
Also, as far as grappa, look for Capovilla. The expression of terror that he can get out of pomace is second to none. It looks in New York, Westchester wine warehouse has some of the Grappa di Barolo which I think is one of his best expressions.
Kirby, love your content, but its not true that we were unable to travel. If people are radical left Vax believers then yes...for them it is. Many countries were open and I traveled to and back from U.S. and also to Croatia and Mexico during this tyranny . Many location are open, they just don’t tell you that on CNN or BBC
Mr Allison I just discovered your channel and I have to say congratulations on the good work sir. I've been fascinated with male elegance since high school but only recently discovered this RUclips niche, I'll sure be watching for a long time. Just as a reference - being Italian - Sartoria il pronounced Saahrrtoreeah, the "r" got to be heard and the accent is on the "i". Thanks again

Seeing people travelling again feels good.
Kirby, that atelier is matched in elegance only by your suit choice. What a beautiful glen plaid! Definitely a dream piece
That gray double-breasted suit is without a doubt one of your very very best.

I enjoy watching your videos especially the quality of the conversation , special thanks goes to you from North Africa :)
That double breasted suit is very 'Bond' esque giving a very strong outline. And the colour of Eric's suit is fabulous.
Could not agree more. That's the first thing I thought. The color of Eric's suit was delicious.
Fantastic video and work space! It was a pleasure watching this. Cheers.

Me too!! Haha I live in the heart of Manhattan and I'm so mad I missed this. I would have tried to meet Kirby. :(
Cheers Kirby for another quality video keep them coming please, I always look forward to seeing new content.
Love your DB Kirby and I love Satoria Gallo’s shop!
It's good to see the tour videos back.
I hope he's successful. The space looks great.
Your suit looks great. Did he make that for you?
Among the drinks you can have in the Sartoria I would recommend Cardinale. This is similar to Negroni but is traditional of Rome
That gray suit is absolutely bussin'
8:03 You can tell he's a tailor because he's so concerned with precise measurement
simply amazing
Kirbians stacked!💪🏼
Everyone needs a good raincoat or macintosh especially here with the UK weather
At 7:03. Have you noticed Eric's jacket left upper arm? It it not well fitted compared to tailors I've gone to.
Very well done!
Hunger project keep me revive
Welcome
Kirby - were you able to stop over at Huntsman while you were at NYC and make progress on your tweed suit while you were there?
Pardon if this is a bit déclassé, but I'm curious what a suit like that would cost, especially given the fact that they're sending it to Rome.
Where is that smoking section in the video?

What brand or "House" is you DB suit from? looks very nice...very balanced with the lapels length
What are the starting prices for a bespoke suit?thanks
who made the suit you're wearing in this video?
Kirby did you smoke any cigars whilst there? What did you smoke?

I am confused as he stated that cutting and fitting is done iin NYC but then stated the work is done in Rome. So what is it?

I am SO jealous of Mr. Jenson's sewing standards and skills.
Ok as the video orogessed I see it is a hybrid.

@Travers Kilroy Cooper Alvirez thank you so much for fighting the good fight against the travesty that are black suits.
this dude reminds me of archieluxury
What does one of their bespoke suits cost?
It’s out of your price range sir so don’t worry about it
@@trailerparksupervisor7046 of course it's out of your price range Leahy
How do I get in on those button apprenticeships?

I have to hand it to you,You got a great con going.
You are a good talker.love from bangladesh ❤️❤️❤️❤️.And please tell us about luxurious suite fittings .thank you.
He's really got to get rid of that thing on his top lip. Can't take him seriously.

I wish I had cash and class -_-
