  • Lessons for Life is a spiritual library.
The wisdom distilled in its lectures may not reveal the entire cosmic reality but will certainly remove some delusions.
Samkhya is one of the oldest, if not the oldest system of classical Indian philosophy. It explains creation in a manner where the implicit cause becomes the explicit effect and where there exists neither production nor destruction, only a subtle transformation.
This lesson is conducted by Prof. Sahay of Yogic Heritage, who has devoted his entire life to sharing Indian philosophy and traditional yoga with the youth.

This was an amazing explanation, I am a yoga teacher and a recently certified Chopra Life Coach, I know of some of these concepts but you really have illuminated them further for me and taught me the concept of returning to prakriti. Thank you. Peace & Love.

I just heard of this philosophy. I think we are going to have to figure out how to create a better world. I feel like if we are here now after God knows how long we'll probably keep finding ourselves here. I feel like we will be a lot happier in the world once we figure out how to make it better and better. I can imagine us doing that but I can't imagine going an eternity without things, My beautiful things! as Frazier said when he thought he was going to be sued. It just seems to me bliss will start to feel like 60 glasses of juice after a trillion years. Who knows. I guess we'll find out when we get where we're going. 🙏
