In the back of the ambulance, you will be dealing with road noise, sometimes loud diesel engines, and the noise of the A/C, heating or exhaust vent.
Two things come to mind with a proper stethoscope: A quality device and good EMT skills to obtain accurate blood pressures. In this video, I tackle what stethoscope I recommend for EMS.

Or if you can afford the investment, the Littman Core (or cardiology with the core attachment) works awesome with the noise reduction, as well as the pulmonary and cardiac filters. Pulmonary filter is awesome!
I've used ADC scopes for years. Added the eko core to it, just as good as the Littman, in my opinion.
I just had a ride along with AMR, everyone complained about their scope being trash but it sounding pretty fine to me
I have the same stethoscope you have!! The cardiologist scope is a little pricey but excellent to hear heart tones and abdominal sounds. I would implore everyone to spend the money and cutback somewhere to afford one.
Littmann Classic III is the best bang for your money
How about ADC - 600ST ADSCOPE 600 Cardiology Stethscope?
Also never leave them in the rig. They grow legs if you do. 😢
"Sometimes in a ambalance they provih you with a scope" homie slurs his words big time. Cannot stand it.
