    I have a Littmann Lightweight in Ceil Blue and love how lightweight it is. I have no issues hearing out of it. The curve of the bell/diaphragm is nice for BP’s too. The MDF one is super pretty but I have a feeling it would show wear.

    Question! Does the MDF have removable earbuds? I have a Prestige Medical brand stethoscope and the earbuds screw on and off and I am constantly losing them on calls or in the back of the ambulance. Do these pop on and off?

    • @BreatheEasyRRT
      @BreatheEasyRRT  3 года назад +2

      You can change them out like any other stethoscope but they don't screw on and off. You just pop them on. I've never lost and earned on a stethoscope so perhaps it is a design issue with prestige?

    • @BreatheEasyRRT
      @BreatheEasyRRT  5 лет назад +4

      Depends on your program. If you'll be using it the first day then go ahead and get one but check with your school, they may provide one also. If you want to save money and they don't require it immediately then you can wait until you are going to use it.

    • @BreatheEasyRRT
      @BreatheEasyRRT  4 года назад +2

      The tubing was replaced with the warranty but stained again. So I didn't want to go through the hassle of having to continuously replace the tubing. The stethoscope is good but I would choose a darker color to avoid the staining.

    Sinc you mentioned that you could not heart sounds too well with the littmann, there was no manufacture number on the head, and the price that you paid was too cheap, I would say that the littmann stethoscope that you have is fake. It doesn't seem like you have an original littmann because all original littmanns supposed to have a manufacturing or model number etc. on the head and the diaphragm cover should be more clear and the cheapest price that i have seen is about $75-$80 bucks and thats with a discount. This is just a few of the ways that you can tell if a littmann stethoscope is fake.
