I definitely would not compare Parasite Eve 2 to Devil May Cry 2; That would imply that PE2 was at all like PE1. Parasite Eve 2 was just a different game genre entirely, to consider it an RPG and not the Survival Horror that it was would be generally incorrect. The true sequel to PE1 is Vagrant's Story. That said, I will say that I prefer PE2, because I generally prefer survival horror over turn-based RPGs, and if I want to ever play PE1 I always play Vagrant Story instead despite owning all three... but PE3 is the Devil May Cry 2.
It's a shame this has to end. You are the best compiler (compilator? compilatrix?🤣) I have seen. I loved all the extra work you put in grabbing side clips and references. I really appreciate all you've done. These are truly the definitive compilations.

SBFP was like a cup of chicken noodle soup for a long time, just something dumb I knew would get a giggle out of me when I wasn't feeling great, and the whole time YOU were there. I kinda miss these kinda LPs where Pat is actually around to keep Woolie's lab brain in check and just instantly come out with the answer he's seeking instead of navigating a menu for several minutes to check on things and systems that he imagined. And no one to tell him, those don't exist in the game.

I still love them where they are now, but they're not the same as when they were together. The SBF's aren't just something you watch. It's a way of life. A decent number of them defected almost immediately and in response the eventual Haitian government legally recognized them as black.
I remember going from Sega Genesis to Playstation in 98, and having the parasite eve trailer on the demo disc. It literally blew my mind. I have never felt like that again. Also controversial take but I liked PE2 better than PE1

I still find it weird that Matt would get indignant others wouldn't be watching the content he's in. It's not even like oh my family doesn't support me, its like bud we work together on multiple projects. And at this point Billy wasn't involved so people spent time editing their own content on channel. Like maybe when Pat would ask Liam hey give me the footage if it doesn't go through I'll do it on my rig, that's a valid opportunity? But like at the end of the channel when it uploaded 60+ minutes of content a day it became very hard to justify spending my time on some entire series vs others. And I'm not the guy cutting the video up and having to be there in the process, driving back and forth (or rather riding the bus/metro) to other destinations so my time investment as a former fan was minimum. I'd imagine once you've already done a gaming session and cut up the video you're probably looking for ME time. And my personality, I already have trouble keeping work and home seperate. So I'd NEED that break. Anyways just my two cents.

Apparently mitochondria does exist in sperm. It just gets destroyed after fusing with the egg. So technically if mitochondria could develop wills of their own and give super powers, the plot of the game is 100% plausible.
