The story behind the book being written in a night came from the fact it originally was like a 6 page short story. A friend of the Author read it, loved it and paid him to flesh it out and make a book out of it and something about a deadline for submitting potential publications was the next day so he stayed up all night writing as to turn it in the next day
weirdly the one of the most comforting LP’s for me i watched most of it in one night when i was super uncomfortably warm and couldnt sleep, but i didnt have the energy to stay up and do things, so i just watched this LP and it was so cool and interesting as a story that i kept watching it to distract myself and eventually got tired enough to sleep. such a cool game and good LP
An angstrom is used in interatomic measurements one hundred-millionth of a centimeter (10^-10 meter), and the prefix nano is one billionth (10^-9). A nanoangstrom would be 10^-19 of a meter. To give an idea of just how small that would be, the diameter of an atom is 2-3 angstroms.
One of my favorite lps from sbf, mostly because I can’t imagine any other content creator playing through this and creating anything half as enjoyable as this.
@@Personified134 I mean if him using it to self diagnose and horribly deal with his mental problems isn't considered "professional" it's still the biggest pro gamer move ever xD

You can call Pat a lot of things - a coward, unhinged, the physical manifestation of a mind goblin - but the fact that his first instinct when he walked into the operating chamber in Nimdok's chapter was to STRAIGHT UP MURDER a nazi scientist is at least a nice reassurance that Pat has his priorities and morals straight
I’m obsessed with Pat thinking things through logically then completely disregarding it and doing the most unhinged thing possible

Thats not weird, I feel the same way about the Retsupurae playthrough of the same game.
Came back to this since the podcast mentioned it, and apparently the LP is super popular right now.
They still mentioned one of their old episodes?
Shot in the dark but remember which podcast episode? :D

One of the most fascinating LP they've done, because Pat gets to put his degree to good use and figure a lot of stuff out
Probably the most professional use of his degree he's gotten in his entire life

@Andrew Robinson fr though, damn near every psychology major has self diagnosed themselves
@@F_lippy How can they not? It seems like a thing every psychologist would do, odd that it's a taboo.

I have no best friends so I must rewatch old LPs.....eh
I have no eyes but must watch LPs
Pain
@Zak Lindo I have no food, so I must digest LPs
Felt that, helps the loneliness
@@Zekaz_NoheaI have no eyes, but I must scream at Pat.
one of my favorite lets plays with Woolie and Pat (:
Pat: "when has 'turgid' been used with anything other than a penis?"
AM: "Enough with this *turgid* passion play..."
It's awful that this doesn't have more views, great vid my guy.
Hey anyone else noticed that Nimdok’s cage is a oven surrounded by barbed wire?
Perhaps you thought it was a cage for _roasting chickens?_
The story getting popular again on tiktok has me back
I lost it at Benny moonwalking. 😂
33:45 AM would get bodied if he tried fighting Doomguy now.
I played the game and own the book. This is one of their best LP's for sure.
I have no best friends, and I must watch
1:50:17- Basically the relationship between AM and humanity
18:24 "Let's go give that kid all the wood I can handle" hit in a certain special way.

top ten redditor comment
Listened to the audiobook read by the author on RUclips, in preparation for this
this is so funny coming back to after the rampant jump in popularity this game, one of my favourite playthroughs
34:53 I shouldn't be surprised Woolie has that memorized
Man I want one of these 2 to play Harvester. Would be good. Pat and Paige preferably
She has played it! Ages ago before they streamed together.
Thank you

rip the SUPERBESTFRIENDS
This deserves more likes but 666 is perfect for the story
1:49:07 timestamping for myself bc i love how hype Pat gets over killing a nazi doctor
31:38 FOX...DIEEEEEEEEEE
This compilation skips wayy too many dialogue options.
I can barely say anything about this LP because the subject matter is so unbelievably bleak. That's it, thats the comment.
If they thought any of that stuff that happened in the elevator was "dark" then I feel SO bad for these snowflakes. Miss the boys and the channel tho
We'll try not to cut ourselves on your edginess
Implied violent rape with subsequent eternal PTSD is dark as all hell. Just because we are desensitized to nonsense doesn't mean it isn't dark.
