I can't believe this comp missed out on the fight at the end of the game! A rooftop prison fight with spotlight dropkicks and a helicopter sniper, it's the best part of this game and almost worthy of a Yakuza boss
The thumbnail with the Kirby music at the start of their old videos is so bittersweet. This is my childhood. I mean I can say now that a lot of their content near the end-half of their channel’s life wasn’t that great, but at least I had fun. Seeing them all separate now however, they all lack any amount of charisma when they are on their own. I don’t know how to explain this. Seeing how un-entertaining they all are on their own almost makes me resent the fact that I liked them in the first place? That’s not the best description of the feeling but it’s serviceable. It’s odd struggle watching these videos, knowing how much they would grow to dislike each other has tainted the past in a way I haven’t encountered before. If you see this comment on other videos like this, it’s just me trying to express myself and being a weirdo in the process. Throwing my emotions out there to get rid of them I guess, although I think I’m done with this one.
I often wonder too if any of them know how much they completed one another on at least an entertainment level. I don't wanna pollute this comp with downer shit, but I find it rare to see someone's raw-ass thoughts without the pretext of garbage internet sub-culture dirtying their opinions ala reddit and 4Chan and thought to let it all out on my end. Matt has pretty much melted; his LP's are painful and Wha Happun is the equivalent of that one unfunny guy who likes games, yet doesn't play them whilst informing others of easily-accessible information that anyone can learn themselves faster than any one of those videos can explain. Both Pat and Woolie do boring streams. I don't at all dislike or even hate their stream partners, but it can't hold a candle period. So much of it is dry stretches of silence/playing, then an *almost* zinger might pop up here and there. I was really hyped to see Liam put out a game of his own. I know he stopped streaming and I never saw any of them, but my mantra still applies that streams are 97% of the time super fucking boring.

Also I don’t know if you know this, but pat is doing ‘streamer reacting’ style content now. Without knowing this I recently went to pats channel to check out his content to see if there was any sliver of content I could get that resembled the pat that actually made me laugh... I kid you not, the first random thing I click on is him ‘reacting’ to some video while eating a slice of pizza loudly slobbering and lip smacking into the mic. I tried watching Woolie, but the combination of what you mentioned and his incompetence in anything that isn’t a fighting game is too frustrating a watch. The guy seems to lack functional problem solving skills. And Matt is exactly what you described. Nowadays I feel like you get an AI to make the kind of videos Matt makes. There’s no reason pat and woolie couldn’t do play throughs with each other either, one could stream the game to the other while they play, that shit’s easy to do now if you’ve got a good set up and decent internet. But to them it’s just simply not worth it, because they get paid boat-loads by people to do the bare-minimum, so why would they? I’ve just excepted the fact that they’ll never be properly funny again and I avoid all their content now, it prevents me from getting irrationally annoyed. Like I know I’m a grown-ass man but that shit genuinely gets me a little sad, not in like a ‘boo hoo’ sort of way, but just barely enough where there will be a little tingle of ‘hey, remember when things where simpler?’ in the back of my mind.

@brandonweavers4656 Do Pat and Woolie actually make boatloads? I know Pat's streams are fairly popular, but he's no xQc (not that that's a criticism), and Woolie's videos rarely crack 100k views on RUclips. Not that their financial situations are any of my business of course
I like how a lot of the repeated fails are just Pat doing the same thing over and over and over expecting it to magically change. Like yeah Pat just run right through the middle of the room for the fifth time I'm sure this time the guards that are always there won't be there this time.
